Welcome to ROSE Vacances! So that you can prepare your stay with complete peace of mind, we have gathered here the detailed description of the accommodation as well as all the useful information for your holiday.



ROSE Vacances offers you this large holiday home, peacefully situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the Poitevinière district, 3 kilometres from the town centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, its pedestrian streets and shops.



Two-storey house, able to accommodate up to 8 people and fully equipped so you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.



With its peaceful, sunny and enclosed garden, this house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!



On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a vast entrance hall comprising an independent WC and a cupboard, the entrance leads to a spacious and warm living area: lounge-dining room equipped with two sofas, coffee table, a wood-burning stove, TV and WiFi, and a dining room with its table and eight chairs for you to gather around a good meal.

The living area opens directly onto the terrace and garden.

An adjoining fully equipped kitchen with a back kitchen: oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (Filters + Nespresso)… you will have a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the back kitchen area.



On the night side, you will find on the ground floor a master suite with a 160cm bed and a 60x120 baby bed, a chest of drawers, a dressing room and an adjoining bathroom with shower, vanity unit with storage, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

On the first floor, you will have three bedrooms equipped with a 140cm bed, bedside tables and cupboards.

A fully equipped bathroom, a bathtub, a heated towel rail, a basin with storage unit and a WC.



You will enjoy a large garden with a wooden terrace, ideally situated at the rear of the house, peaceful and completely enclosed. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or spending lovely summer evenings in the hot tub or sauna (winter)! Garden furniture, sun loungers, gas barbecue and parasol provided.



You will be able to park vehicles freely and free of charge in the dead-end street.

7 minutes' drive from shops and Présidents beach.

10 minutes' drive from Les Sables d'Olonne fishing port and its bars and restaurants.

12 minutes by bike from the famous large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne and the town centre.

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
