• Ground floor: 1 double bedroom + 1 bedroom with trundle bed (2 single beds) + 1 double bed bedroom and 1 shower room

• First floor: 1 large bright double bedroom.

• Renovated bathroom with bathtub and sink.

• Functional and open kitchen, fully equipped (oven, hob, refrigerator, Delonghi ground coffee maker, kettle, etc.).

• Living room with piano, bookcase, vintage furniture, vintage and warm atmosphere.



Exterior:

• Large tree-lined garden, garden furniture.

• Table tennis table, basketball hoop, barbecue.

• Parking available in front of the house.

• Empty the refrigerator
