From the entrance, the house reveals a warm and well-maintained atmosphere.

You will find:

•A cozy living room with sofa and television

•A friendly dining room, enhanced by a piano available to accompany your shared moments

•A fully equipped and recent kitchen, designed for cooking enthusiasts and improvised meals: coffee maker, kettle, condiments, dishwasher, multifunction oven, food processor...

•A separate toilet on the ground floor

•A laundry area with washer/dryer



Nighttime spaces



The house offers two distinct night areas.

First night space, on the 1st floor from the entrance:

•1 bedroom with a queen size bed and wardrobe.

•1 "dormitory" bedroom with 3 single beds, two of which can be converted into double beds.

•1 bathroom with shower and toilet.



Second escape night (novelty 2024), on the 1st floor after the kitchen:

•1 bedroom with two single beds 80 cm that can be combined into a 160x200 bed.

•A second bedroom arranged in the same way, with modular twin beds.

•A second modern bathroom, on the ground floor, serves this part of the house.



The exteriors complementary equipment



The surprise of this house lies in its intimate courtyard, fitted out with its garden lounge, perfect for a coffee in the sun or summer dinners.



A private garage completes the service (H: 1.90 m W: 2.20 m D: 4.20 m), a real asset in this sought-after neighborhood.

Practical Information

Arrival: between 4 PM and 5:30 PM (In case of late arrival, autonomous entry flexibility outside peak times.)

Departure: between 8 AM and 10 AM (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)

Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!

Linen: Sheets towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge

Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
