The space:
Boasting sweeping ocean views with the neighboring island of Anguilla beckoning in the distance, Villa La Perla Palais is the epitome of hard-to-forget tropical experiences.

Simply listing the villa’s exclusive features is no easy feat: the entire property is on 10,000 sqm (107,640 sq ft), and it includes a big lavish garden and an estate with 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 7 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, beachfront swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzis, media room, private gym, spa, sauna, table tennis, billiard, huge chess field, and lots of lounge space.

We’re confident you’ll also enjoy the villa’s indoor and outdoor speaker system and the LEDs on the property walls, as well as the deck bar where you can sip sunset cocktails mixed by your private bartender every evening. From the pool terrace, you’ll be able to step down to the ultra-exclusive Baie Rogue Beach any time of the day.

The villa’s living room opens to the terrace and is grandiose both in size and style. It features several plush seating areas and a full gourmet kitchen with a brand-new bar designed by an Epoxy artist — it’s a perfect place to enjoy a cooking show by a private chef.

There are two dining tables, one on the covered sundeck and the other on the garden-facing veranda, that can accommodate 8 and 10 guests respectively.

All bedrooms come with their own elegant ensuite bathroom, air-conditioner and tropical ceiling fan, TV, king-size bed (except 1 Queen), and walk-in closet.

House Rules:
- Check-in: 3 PM, Check-out: 12 PM, earlier and later options available upon request.
- No parties are allowed on site.
- Non-smoking property.
- Animals upon request and for an extra fee.
- Please be mindful of water usage due to its scarcity and this being an island.

Please note: A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for minimum stays, which are 3 nights in low season and 4 nights in high season. For longer stays, the cleaning fee will be waived.

This Property is Located in a wonderful Secured Area Called Baie Rouge Residence, one of the most secluded Regions of the Island.

You will not only have 24/7 Security that Guards the Residence but also 24/7 Management availability. This Property is located waterfront so after only a couple of days you will get to see all the beautiful 50 shades of the Ocean and the Sunshine falling on it.

The entire Villa with Private Pool and Jacuzzi will provide its own parking and a separate entrance!

The guest access:
The villa is set in a peaceful area, in a gated residence with private parking and security. You will have full access to the property’s indoor and outdoor spaces during your stay, along with private beach access from your pool deck. It will take a short drive from the villa to reach water sports, the boutique shopping of Marigot, waterside restaurants at Marina Royale, and the renowned gourmet restaurants of Nettle Bay. Princess Juliana International Airport is a quick drive away as well.

Other things to note:
Villa La Perla Palais can be rented on its own or alongside its two single-standing sister villas, La Perla Classic and La Perla Bianca, for a total of 7 bedrooms. Once the separation between the villas is open, it transforms into an even bigger property with 7 bedrooms, 3 swimming pools, 4 hot tubs, and all the other amenities listed above.
