“Amazing setting and was close to everything, didny need to go too far”

“Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave.”

“Our stay at villa langka was incredible and we highly recommend a group of any kind to stay. We had 10 of us friends from Sydney stay for 6 nights and this property was perfect for us. Our property manager and staff were amazing and very helpful and we never had any issues. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants and cafes while still being away from traffic. There was a few hiccups upon arrival as manager had different arrival dates for us as what we booked but the staff in the front looked after us very well and before long we were in our villa. Other issues were airconditioner downstairs not working properly, upstairs showerhead wouldn't secure properly and upstairs vanity leaked majorly one day. “Unfortunately we were mislead by the property manager when booking the property. We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told there were 4 separate buildings with one single room in each and one single room in the main house. “The Manager was so good about our feedback and gave us a refund and apologised. We had a bungalow with paper thin walls and the Airconditioning was not keeping up with the heat outside. Plus we had a mob of polish peeps that decided at 12 midnight they would carry on around the pool area until 2:30am getting drunk and talking yelling at each other with no respect for anyone else!”

“The photos do not do this amazing villa any justice. It is incredibly spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect with just a short walk to Jl Legian. Wina the housekeeper is amazing and cooks the most delicious breakfasts. She even showed us how to cook it. We all wanted to bring her home. She is very helpful and attentive to her guests needs.
