“Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite. ”

“Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. There is a spa in the hotel, recommend the foot and Balinese massage. Staff were very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby.”

“Updated, comfortable bed. Clean room. Upon checking out staff wanted to charge me for a broken “do not disturb” sign. The sign was already broken when I checked in. Document the room when you arrive to avoid additional charges. ”

“Mother and adult daughter stayed here for 10 days. Staff were amazing and helpful. Enjoyed the pool, good sized rooms, furnishings were a bit dated. Restuarant was great. Easy to book and great food”

“It was a very comfortable stay, and the staff was amazing!! They couldn't have treated us better. Customer service was first class. My only concern was the open bathroom invited many mosquitos into our room. Not sure if they were already nesting in our bungalow or snuck through the door, but after dusk it was a mosquito party in our room. The staff did spray our room for bugs and put a repellent coil in the bathroom. Thankfully, we also had a mosquito net. My friend and I were killing mosquitos...

“The best is the swimming pool if you feel to use it. If not, I wouldn't reccomend this hotel: the furniture is old and rusty, the walls paint is falling and globally it could be much more clean. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. ”

“You get what you paid for. On positive note .Was private safe and reasonably quite. Bedding clean changed sheets every day .Unit cleaned everyday . All essential shopping close by. Staff pleasant however no english speaking staff. Stayed extra night due to flight change they accomadated me. Overall pleasent and clean stay. ”

“The space is nice. Seems like at one time it was a really nice place but lacks maintenance and the place could have been cleaner better. The glassware needed to be rewashed before using and there was a plate with ants on it in the kitchen at check in. The TVs are old and don’t allow you to connect to netflix. The movie screen seemed great but didn’t actually function. Overall the space as lots of potential but needs to be managed better. With some TLC it could be a great option. ”

“What a gem Beach Melati Apartments are. Boutique hotel really. Stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. So spacious and great for a group of people. Everything at your door step. Would highly recommend. ”

“Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...
