“Wow, what a wonderful way to begin 2025, spending time together with our large multi generational family in this beautiful house right on the Pacific Ocean. The photos and description of the house were spot on. We were mesmerized daily by the waves, adept surfers riding along the coast, the sighting of dolphins and gazing at the colorful sunsets from the hot jacuzzi. “The home has a beautiful cliff view of the ocean and we were entertained by watching the surfers. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and in low 60's and the ocean even colder, so the hot tub came in very handy. However, we still enjoyed our time. Would definitely stay again.”

“Location is good, and there were lots of surprises. The owner lives upstairs so those upstairs windows you see are not part of the rented space and there is no view. The home has significant safety issues which meant we didn’t feel comfortable having our grandkids come to the space. There are no working smoke or CO2 alarms and lots of exposed wiring throughout the house (fire code violation). There is no heat except for tiny space heaters insufficient for the space so we wore our coats and...
