Inside, there's plenty of space to drop bags and kick off sandy shoes in the sizeable porch, which is also ideal for storing wet-weather gear, golf clubs and beach kit. The bright living room has comfy modern sofas (new covers in 2023), a 32" Smart TV and a gas coal fire for cosy evenings in, along with a neat pull-out dining table for shared meals.



While there's no private garden, you do have an exterior bench at the front — perfect for watching the light change over the water — and with the beach just moments away, the shoreline effectively becomes your extended back garden.
