2 minute walk to the beach.
This sweet little 1 bedroom bach is suitable for up to 4 people. The bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite with a toilet and shower. There is extra sleeping in the lounge — the sofa bed in the lounge folds out to a double bed.
The lounge and kitchen area is open plan and the deck has a partially enclosed conservatory area which is a great place to sit and relax.
In the lounge there is a TV with Freeview.

Dog friendly (please pick up after your dog). The property is fully fenced.

You will have the whole property to yourselves. There is a sleep out on the property which is not available to rent. It is locked and used as storage.

At the beach there is a surf lifesaving patrol in the summer months.
Vehicles are allowed on the beach.

It’s a short walk to the local Four Square and local eatery.
There is a playground at the end of the street with a volleyball net. The Waitarere Domain has another playground, half pipe, BBQ facilities and tennis courts. And there is a forest playground nearby too, with a fairy garden.

This is not serviced accommodation. Guests are required to provide their own linen and clean & tidy the bach before departure. We don’t charge a cleaning fee — this keeps our nightly rates down.

Blankets and pillows are provided.
Basic pantry items provided: salt, oil, sugar, tea, coffee, rubbish bags, cleaning products, toilet paper.

Late check-outs occasionally possible but must be arranged prior.
