We had a wonderful stay at 101 Cedar. It was well-equipped and exactly as pictured. The location worked perfectly for us, and we were able to easily walk to town, the beach, as well as two biking/running trails. The common space was particularly comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone! A few small things could have made it even better - 1) The bikes are an amazing touch, but it seems like they could do with a bit of tuning, the brakes seemed a bit sticky! That said, I was able to take a long bike ride with no problems 2) The window coverings are basically paper (where they have them), if you are at all sensitive to light (or a baby), it is tricky to sleep 3) The owner does not provide access to the garage door; As a family traveling with 3 infants under 1, including twins that share a double stroller, it was inconvenient to have to have someone go up the stairs and back down to let us in, particularly in the intense heat. 4) It does not seem as if the comforters on the bed are washed between guests (this might not be accurate, but that was our perception). 5) This is not an issue with the home, but with the linen package. As we came in from California, it was convenient. That said, the bath towels were some of the cheapest/least comfortable I have used, they felt like what you would receive in a cheap motel.
