Large Family With Children & Babies

The listing does not do this location justice, 50ft to the beach! Great beach views and well furnished and equipped home. Comfortable living arrangements for 6 adults and 5 children. Would highly recommend to any family seeking a stress free beach retreat

Great location

We love Cape Shores and the Lewes DE area. Great distance to the water with little children and nice trails to ride bike. The house had everything you could need and the kitchen was especially well stocked. We also loved the sun room with a view of the bay!

The house is large, clean and conveniently located to the Bay and Pool. Our party of 8 couldn't have been more comfortable. And, again, as usual, Maureen Kyritsis at Berkshire Hathaway in Lewes was the consummate professional. We are already planning our 2025 stay with her. We give the house, BH and Maureen a 5 star rating!
