“The property had apparently not been inspected by the manager before our stay. There were several serious issues which we have communicated with the manager about. The manager was not particularly helpful prior to our move in. For example, knowing that this was a rural property and that we might be arriving after dark, I asked the manager for more specific directions so that we would be able to locate it in an area unfamiliar to us.
