“Nice clean 2 bedroom ”

“Excellent all around. Could not be happier with our stay.”

“The location was great in terms of being close to the things we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable. I also really appreciated the black out curtains in the bedrooms. The owner was responsive and helpful. The only small ding is the road noise from the highway, which the owner can't help. I sleep with a fan, so it helped to drown the traffic noise out. We were comfortable here.”

“Lots of students in the alley at night. Homeless walking by. one fairly large window into the kitchen outside the bedroom had no window covering which felt very exposed during the night. Especially with kids an homeless walking around. Laundry was great and what we needed but it was upstairs. living room very dark. so ok place but pricey.”

“Comfortable home with excellent air-conditioning. The beds were really cozy. There were plenty of supplies like toilet paper, laundry tabs, dish tabs, seasonings. Plenty of hot water too and the showers were nice. The fenced in backyard is small, but it was perfect for our dog. Nearby Mexican restaurant was within walking distance and absolutely delicious. We went there twice! Communication with the team was also seamless. And they didn’t have a long laundry list of things to do before checkout.”

“Roomy and comfortable. Very clean. Beds and pillows were good. Nice kitchen and large appliances. Could use more utensils and plates. Kitchen and bathroom otherwise well stocked. Close to university and downtown. Quiet residential neighborhood. Easy to book and good communication with host. Would stay again.”

“Very nice remodeled, lower level home. Great location. Quiet Street just a few doors down from a large park.Close to UK campus and especially for the track and field complex. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful.”

“Everything went smoothly, only challenge was street parking”

“Beautiful property”

“Mitzi's place was clean, easy to check in, and so comfortable! The additional outdoor space and carport were great additions, and the location was ideal. I had a great stay and my cat loved it too!”

“great place with everything we needed.”
