Very nice place to stay and everything has been update Inside. Located within walking distance of Lake Huron. Host was very prompt to any questions we had.

The location is wonderful, it was a very close drive to downtown Lexington. The private beach was great and barely had anyone on it! The house could’ve been cleaner - stains on sheets, flies/bugs, outdoor furniture was covered in debris/webs. Host was great with communication.

Sweet Lexington Get Away

Nice location for a family getaway. Close to the lake and other nearby attractions. Quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Updated lake access house

Had a great time. House is updated and clean, steps from the beach! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

My husband and I stayed with our kids and had a great time! The house was clean and comfortable. The host was right on point with communication. The bathroom shower was awesome! We really enjoyed spending time in the back patio area and on the front deck. People we spoke to in the neighborhood were so friendly which was really nice. The house is very close to the beach and even though there's some steps you have to navigate to get to the beach, it's well worth getting to! We went to the local putt-putt golf course which is operated by the Sanilac County Humane Society. Proceeds go to supporting the Humane Society. What a great way to support animals in need! There are disc golf courses in the area so my kids and husband played one day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Cute place with a nice beach

This is a cute cottage that is nicely decorated and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved the cute patio and the beautiful beach. The owners really thought of everything. Just wish we had better weather.

Cute cottage

The cottage was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Everything was updated and easy to use. Just a short walk to the beach.

Great stay in Lexington

We enjoyed our stay. House was very comfortable with updates throughout. Beach is just a short walk from the house which was great. Not much space for yard games at the house but lawn space is available near the lake. Downtown Lexington is a short drive away with cute shops.

Just What We Needed

My wife and young son wanted to go somewhere far enough away from our home and was quiet while enjoying the beach. This location ended up being absolutely perfect for what we needed. Everything is updated and is located in a quiet small neighborhood with semi-private beach access. Minutes from downtown Lexington, it’s a great place to rest your head and relax. Will definitely be looking to book again next year.

Lovely stay

This small home has a view of the lake and really is a few steps from the very nice swimming beach. Local community was very friendly. The property had a comfortable living space complete with a bib screen smart TV. The back deck area was a perfect spot to relax and read in private.

On the third day we were unable to use the toilet or use the kitchen sink. The water would not drain. We had to find somewhere else to go to the bathroom on a Holiday weekend.. I let host know and they advised maintenance would be out but maintenance did not arrive during our time there. Beautiful property and home but the water issue made the remaining stay unsanitary.

Property owner was remarkably approachable. We had no issues whatsoever. They let us check in a little bit early and gratefully. We checked out a little early, but had everything cleaned up. It was a wonderful exchange. Surprisingly quiet, even though it was Labor Day weekend and lots of neighbors around wonderfully decorated. It was a perfect little weekend for us.

The house was very clean and the beach was fantastic and very close. Awesome sunrise. But this was the worst experience I've ever had at a rental house. It began with us not being able to open and/or lock the front door. The coffee maker didn't work, half the outdoor lighting didn't work, and the toilet didn't work properly and by the last day didn't work at all. We couldn't plunge it we tried. I had to get back home and forgot to call the host to explain what happened. I later received an email asking for over 300 for plumbing bill. I won't be paying that. I think it's a scam. I know that I have forgotten some other problems but we did have a great time. Lexington is a great little town. Ill go back but not to that house.
