Thoroughly enjoyed a 3-night stay in this beautiful Loft in downtown Georgetown. The Loft was very well-appointed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals (mainly dinners). There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer off the main open area, which we appreciated. There is a very nice Smart TV and WiFi, which worked great. Parking behind the building was very adequate and safe, as is the building. If you choose to stay here, you won’t be disappointed. There are plenty of cute shops, boutiques, and restaurants all within walking distance. Be aware that the Loft is on the 3rd floor of a 2-story walk up and if you have luggage to bring up to the Loft, it’s a bit of a challenge climbing the stairs. However, we viewed it as a daily workout! We really enjoyed the Loft and particularly the location as we spent a couple of days touring the beautiful horse farms, which were 20-30 minutes away. We will definitely be back. We loved Georgetown, KY!

Lovely spot

The loft was lovely. We spent 4 nights there, and 3 of them were spent falling asleep on the super deep and comfy L-shaped sofa. Perfect amount of space for a couple.The neighborhood is filled with intriguing shops and bars and restaurants and everything a tourist could hope for, all within a 3-5 block walking distance. Never heard of Georgetown KY before (we were here for a Lexington concert), but it is quintessentially quaint and polite and effervescent. I have to point out the negatives tho. The cleaning crew was less-than-good from the prior renter, as there were dried up contact lenses left on the coffee table, as well as a dead cockroach inside the shower curtains. The shower curtain cockroach is one thing (let’s be honest, who searches and cleans between the shower curtain and the decorative shower liner in their own homes? Nobody.), but the dried lenses are another thing.Also, everyone should be aware that the town square is across the street, so starting at 6AM the bell tower chimes the hour. It is NOT super loud, but it is noticeable if you’re a lighter sleeper at 7AM.Having said all that, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. I would pack much less ( it’s a 3rd story walk up, and each flight of stairs is closer to 20 than 10), but that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars. It’s wonderful.

Always a great stay

This unit is my favorite and my preferred stay in Georgetown. Lots of stairs going up, just FYI, very close to great restaurants and Irish Pub. Georgetown is a wonderful small town and so close to Lexington. This unit is very close to grocery shopping and very walkable.

Will Definitely Visit Again

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was just perfect for our long anniversary weekend. Shops and restaurants within walking distance, easy parking and was very private as we were the only ones on the top floor. If you need to visit Georgetown this is the rental you want! We will definitely visit again!

Perfect location!

I felt like I was staying in a hallmark movie! The location, like the flat was charming. Everything was easy to figure out. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Roy let us stay an hour or so later than check out as I had gotten food poisoning and needed a place to rest.

Wonderful location.

Great loft apartment. It was furnished really nicely and was very comfortable. The neighborhood was great with some nice restaurants within walking distance. Just a heads up that its on the 3rd floor and only accessible by stairs.

Enjoyable loft studio

Overall, my stay was enjoyable, especially getting to sit at the windows, looking down on Main Street, and watching the Christmas parade without having to be in the crowd. Several reviews commented on noise from the courthouse bell tower and traffic. Only once during my three-night stay was I awakened by anything. That happened to be emergency vehicles from the fire station around the corner. I went right back to sleep in the comfortable bed, though. Other reviewers have commented on the creaky floorboards. I found them to be reminiscent of my grandmother’s old farmhouse; not bothersome at all. I also couldn’t have asked for any warmer welcome from the property host. The very minor critique of the property is not anything the property owner can control, which is parking at the door. Arrive before 7:30 PM and you’ll have to park behind the building, which means a further distance to carry your belongings in and up to the third floor (stairs, no elevator). This wasn’t a big deal for me but could be for others. I will definitely consider staying at this location again.
