Excellent !
It is a great place to rest: clean and huge room. The breakfast is included and even when the place to have it is very small (standing up by the reception), the content is muffins, bagels, toasts, coffee, etc. Rather good and plenty of stuff. The best is the nice conversations with the Aussie owners. Thank you for being so nice and kind!

The bed in room 15 was terrible. It was sunk in the middle so my husband and I ended up squished in the middle of the bed. The bed needs to be replaced! Also there was a strange sterile smell like that in hospital.

The lack of hot water was a problem. Getting attitude from the front desk when asked to be moved because she put me a room next to a young family with infants crying all night I would say that my experience was not enjoyable sort of a big deal when you can’t take a hot shower.

We are sorry about your experience. If you had mentioned that there was no hot water, we would have gladly remedied the issue right away as it was a result of a simple breaker needing to be flipped. We apologize that you felt there was attitude when in fact you were immediately moved to the single story building with no hesitation. The front desk does not choose the room for the guests at the time of their reservation, the computer automatically assigns the rooms. But again we are sorry for the inconvenience.

This is the cutest little place. Mickey was the greatest she made sure that we were comfortable at all times. Loved the old town feel of the place nice, clean, great price.

Facility is run down, not sure why it’s one of the sandman’s. Efforts are made to keep it clean and running, but it needs a major overhaul

Highly recommend!
It was comfortable, quiet and clean. Real Montana decor. Easy access to restaurants in the area. We'd definitely stay again. Budget friendly too.

The rooms are cute and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The shower lacked water pressure and was finicky to find the right temperature.

The flooring was nice and the beds were good. Staff helped out quite a bit, but did get a bit snootty about a couple of things. Like the internet wasn't working and when i asked about it, she snapped ahe was working on it. Also the remote on the tv didn't work had to turn it off and on at the tv, same with the volume. Also only Roku Tv which is not user friendly

If cleanliness and comfort is what you are looking for, you will find it here. It’s a dated facility but well maintained. Small enough and off the street so that it is quiet.

There was a note when I arrived that stated Expedia overbooked the hotel so I had a room at another location. The other hotel was just fine, but kind of a weird policy, not even a phone call to let me know. This hotel, at least on my reservation said it had an electric charger on site and a continental breakfast, neither of which they have.

We did not have a phone number for you as you booked with Expedia and not Motel directly. We removed the breakfast from the sights we do business with and do not know why it said we had electric charging station. We have put in a request to have the false information removed from any contracted out sights which we dont do direct business with. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and atleast we were able to make other accommodations for you.

Property was in a pretty and convenient location. Staff was friendly. Hotel advertised as “Impeccably Clean”. The decor was dated, and the room was NOT clean. The worst part, the bed was infested with bed bugs!! Was very disgusting. Was disappointed as this hotel came highly recommended.

Sorry you had such a bad experience. We are working to update the decor we had just opened back up after doing only monthly renting for several months prior to your arrival. Needless to say the tenants did some damage to the rooms which one by one will be repaired and updated. As far as any bugs go, the health department inspected and there was no indication of any bed bugs and we have pest control come service our facilities once a month and have been doing this for the past 3 months. So its unclear about the bugs your referring to. Again we apologize for your unpleasant experience. And having this review posted will definitely cost us business, but just to clarify there was no bug infestation!

Don’t stay here
The room and sheets were dirty. Rusty water in the shower! The soap was like dirt! No services ( no ice, no vending machine, no coffee) We will not stay there again and would not recommend it!

above neighbors were noisy all night long NO SLEEP. No hot water for a shower in the morning. Cleaning lady was a sweetheart !!

Our staff moved you to a different room, and there is nothing wrong with the hot water system. There's no need to to be so viscous towards our facility when everything was done to rectify the noise of other customers. And yes our staff are very nice.

Libby is a small town and this is an old roadside motel that has been completely renovated.Very clean rooms. Very nice staff and a very fair price.
