“Family came from IL,TX,MI,andMO to celebrate our mom's 95th birthday. This lovely house provided the perfect spot to gather and celebrate. Cozy, clean,modern rooms with comfy beds. Large kitchen equipped for homemade meals. Fenced backyard perfect for casual sitting and playing ball with our poodle. Walking distance (20 minutes) from quaint downtown Georgetown. 10 minutes from Brookdale assisted living. 5 minutes from HEB. Rooms are a little smaller than the photos, but this did not bother...

“David is a gracious and responsive host! He gave a personal tour of the property upon our arrival which was very helpful. The property is beautifully appointed and VERY WELL EQUIPPED! As a group of 17, we had plenty of dishes, towels, toiletries, etc. The lower level game room was fabulous! We had a few brief showers during our stay so we made good use of that space (with 7 kids-it saved the day!) But, the highlight of our stay was the outdoor space. Pool, hot tub, "treehouse", pickle...
