Perfekte Entspannung

Erholung pur. Ein sehr schön gelegenes Anwesen mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Daniele ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir haben mit den Kindern eine Woche hier verbracht und Garten/Haus/Pool/Terreasse eigentlich nur zum Einkaufen verlassen.

Relaxing getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay up in the hills with great views and very secluded from the world. The dirt track road to the property was a little challenging in our vehicle, so recommend stocking up on supplies to minimise the journeys in and out (or could just be my driving capabilities 😂) this suited us fine! Communications with the owners was great, they were on hand if needed. Also, the owners have delicious honey that you can buy!

Relaxing holidays with nice pool, big garden and quiet sorrounding

We spend one beautiful week with our children. Hard to find, but then a wonderful quiet area, great view and many fire flies (so cute!). We managed the roads with our Ford S-Max. Good WLAN for four in the big living room, the terrasse and near the pool. Equipment of the kitchen could be a little bit more (e.g. cups/ glasses, knives and spoon, a toaster would be nice). Supermarkets in Aula on our way to Florence and Pisa. Thank you for this nice place!

Entschleunigung pur... schöner geht's kaum

Nach kurzer Fahrt auf einer Schotterstraße (mein Mann sah es als Abenteuer und lachte) erreichten wir dieses traumhafte Anwesen und wurden superherzlich von Daniele empfangen. Er ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns das ganze Haus gezeigt. Alles war wie auf den Fotos - tiptop und sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt inmitten der Natur und bei absoluter Ruhe total genossen und den Pool intensiv genutzt.Daniele kam sogar nach paar Tagen in den Morgenstunden nach vorheriger Absprache vorbei und hat den Pool geprüft und nach dem rechten gesehen. Super!Jeden Abend gab es einen malerischen Sonnenuntergang, es wurde gegrillt oder an dem riesigen Gasherd gekocht und es fehlte uns an nichts... Wir können diesen besonderen Ort jedem, der wirklich Ruhe möchte, nur ans Herz legen. Auch unsere beiden Teenager fanden es super (wer hat schon einen Privat-Pool?) und das WLAN funktioniert im Erdgeschoss, wo die Kinder schlafen, auf der Terrasse und im Poolbereich einwandfrei :-)Das Fernsehen war nur mit italienischer Sprache - machte uns aber nichts aus, weil wir immer gespielt haben.Unbedingt probieren sollte man den Honig von Daniele aus seiner Imkerei - sehr lecker!

Wow! ...such a wunderful place.

A fantastic place. Much more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. For us, this was the place we wanted to enjoy our time out. The house is very spacious and especially the kitchen with the professional stove from De Longhi makes the cook feel grateful. The view, the location: top. The pool is well maintained and can be used several times a day. Daniele, is a warm-hearted young man who responds and supports very flexibly. Thank you!!! Our tip: The delicious honey from Daniele and his wife's beekeeping. YUMMY. Conclusion: One of the most beautiful holiday homes we have booked in recent years. Thanks a lot. See you...

Das Haus ist schön, ruhig und landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen. Die Ausstattung entspricht nicht dem, was wir sonst aus unseren Urlauben kennen. Keine Weingläser, kein Toaster, nur ein Deckenventilator im Schlafzimmer, keine Sitzauflagen für Holzstühle, kein Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse, Kaffemaschine ist eine winzige Bialetti, pro Person ein Badetuch und ein kleines Handtuch für Badezimmer und Pool, Handtuchwechsel kostet nach einer Woche extra. Die Summe der genannten Kleinigkeiten haben uns geärgert, das haben wir bei den vielen guten Bewertungen so nicht erwartet. Zum guten Schluss ging die Spülmaschine kaputt, 4 Tage von Hand spülen, mit einem einzige Geschirrtuch vom Haus. Der Vermieter hielt das nicht für ein Problem, wir fanden es sehr ärgerlich. Der bergige Schotterweg (ca. 500 Meter) zum Haus ist mit einem normalen PKW schwierig zu befahren. Trotz Schleichfahrt hat unser Polo am Boden aufgesetzt. Schlussendlich hatten wir aber doch einen guten Urlaub, mit vielen schönen Unternehmungen.

Positives:LocationSpacious Quick host responseNegatives:Overall very dirty- long dark hair throughout home’s floors, “stuff” stuck on kitchen sink, food in the garbage disposal which probably contributed to all the gnats, A LOT of trash under couches, yellow/brown stains on bedsheets (uncomfortable to sleep on a couple of the beds), disgusting toaster (so much food matter buildup on the inside), moldy shower curtains and tile grout, used Qtips on upstairs bathroom floor. Iron didn’t workTV remote was missing from upstairs tv so we couldn’t even turn it on.Front door didn’t look safe. Significant gap between door frame and actual door. The latch bolt barely reached the strike plate on the frame. We ended up pushing a chair under the door handle.House just looks like it’s not well maintained. There were broken bathroom fixtures or just holes where fixtures once were. Just slapped on some sloppy blotchy paint to improve the look and did some patch work throughout. The house is very dusty. We know it’s impossible to pick up every dust particle but this place had layers of it. I did reach out to host company and they offered to change out a shower curtain but the mold was an issue in 3 bathrooms so we didn’t seethe point. We just took quick showers with out flip flops on and avoided the bottom floor bathroom which was the worst. Host also offered to reimburse for the iron I purchased but we just brought it back it home with us. I was only able to post 3 of 10 pictures

Selten der Natur so nahe gewesen.

Ein liebevoll renoviertes kleines Bauerhaus in einer sehr tollen Lage. Wer dem Allragstrubel komplett entgehen will ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Lage im Hang mit Blick über das Tal. Allerdings muss für den Einkauf oder den Restaurantbesuch stets das Auto bewegt werden und das über teilweise abenteurliche kleine Straßen oder Wege. Aufgund der Abgeschiedenheit würde ich hier nicht mit Kindern herfahren. Daniele als Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und im Bedarfsfall gut zu erreichen.

Sejour en toscane

Très bon séjour en toscane, nous avons bien profitez, et en plus avec ce temps chaud, la piscine etait très agréable. Bon emplacement, loin de tout pour decompresser. Peux etre un peu trop, mais on le sait avant. Le chemin d'acces est périlleux, mais la aussi meme chose, on le sait. La toscane est une region très belle, a visiter autant que l'on peut, avec des coins comme porto venere, ou encore lerici. Une belle decouverte pour nous. Daniel a été tres present, pour nous, jusqu'à contacter un garage pour nous quand on a eu un voyant qui s'allumait sur notre voiture. La maison est bien entretenue, avec tout le charme de la pierre. Seul petit bemol, pas assez de couvert pour 5, obliger de les laver apres chaque repas. Les gueppes étaient tres presente, c'est dommage car on ne pouvait pas trop manger en extérieur. Autre point faible, mais comme pour les gueppes ( ce n'est pas la faute de Daniel), les routes de Toscane sont dans un etat pitoyable, ce qui est dommage, car ya toujours un peu de route pour aller visiter toutes ces belles choses. 20 km en voiture peut se transformer facilement en 1h 1h15 de temps de route. Nous garderons pleins de bons souvenirs, et aussi une grande frayeur avec la tempete de jeudi matin. grazzie mille Daniel.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wer Privatsphäre und eine tolle Aussicht haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Man ist zwar nicht ganz zentral und muss mit dem Auto 20 Min bis zum nächst größeren Ort fahren, aber hat dafür sein eigenes, schönes Fleckchen Erde :) Es ist ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Bauernhaus und perfekt für 2 Personen. Da es sich um ein aus Feldsteinen gemauertes Haus handelt, bleibt der ein oder andere Besuch eines Insekts natürlich nicht aus ;)

Ferienhaus mit Pool in traumhafter und absolut ruhiger Lage

Dieses wunderschöne Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll restauriert und eingerichtet. Vom Pool aus hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick. Wer die absolute Stille liebt ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns hier drei Wochen richtig gut erholt. Der Zufahrtsweg ist auch mit einen normalen Kombi mit 2 E-Bikes hinten auf dem Träger gut zu meistern. Danielle ist sehr nett und hat auf Fragen immer sofort reagiert. Wir werden bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.

Ein magischer Ort

Das von Daniele liebevoll restaurierte und renovierte Gebäude bietet Raum für Erholung und Entspannung. Der Blick über das Tal ist einmalig. Wir haben jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Die Natur ist ursprünglich. Viel Luft zum Durchatmen. Der Pool ist super - schwimmen mit herrlichem Ausblick. Vielen Dank Daniele für den herzlichen Empfang wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Anfahrt war für unseren alten Viano herausfordernd, hat aber gut funktioniert:)

Prachtig!

Zeer mooi gelegen huisje in de natuur, een aanrader voor wie houdt van rust, stilte en natuur. Het panoramisch uitzicht is echt indrukwekkend. Keerzijde is dat je afhankelijk bent van een autorit van minstens 15-20 minuten tot de dichtstbijzijnde winkel in Aulla. De eigenaar Daniele is een zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke man. Hij biedt ook boottochten aan, waarbij hij de mooiste locaties aan de kust aandoet: paradijselijke strandjes die je enkel per boot kan bereiken, Tellaro, Portovenere... een echt hoogtepunt en wat ons betreft ook absoluut een aanrader! We verbleven er met onze 3 kinderen en we hadden er een hele mooie vakantie. Het huisje is verzorgd en stijlvol, geen extreme luxe, maar dat is niet waarvoor we kwamen. Wij raden dit zeker aan. Wel opletten, de weg ernaartoe (laatste 700 meter) is best een uitdaging maar je krijgt er wat voor terug.

Amazing, relaxing and remote vaccation

We want to thank Jessica and Daniele for a beautiful time in Tuscany. The house is just as described clean, decorated with lovely details, fully equipped with everything one might need, in a remote, perfect location, no neighbours around, all alone. If you seek for a time out with your loved ones, enjoying an amazing view with a cold drink in your hand, enjoying the sunset, then you are just perfectly right here. Of course, you need to know that what you get is a rural, agritouristic house at the end of a bit advantorous road (which can be easily driven with any car), but you are rewarded by everything aforementioned. Daniele and Jessica are perfectly organised, lovely hosts, thank you for everything.

Zwiespältig

Es kommt darauf an.was man sucht. Wer einfach Ruhe sucht und einen phänomenalen Ausblick möchte, der könnte es kaum besser treffen als hier. Wir haben allerdings etwas mehr Komfort und Gemütlichkeit bei der Einrichtung vermisst. Der Zutritt zur Duschkabine war so eng, dass ich mich morgens kalt am Pool waschen musste. Für die Zufahrt brauchte man immer ca. 10 min für 400m, um nicht mit dem Auspuff aufzuschlagen. Aber noch einmal: man muss wissen, was man sucht: und sich im Pool zu erfrischen und dabei über die halbe Toskana zu gucken, das war schon einzigartig, genau wie die Ruhe, die wir hier genossen haben. Auch kann ich bestätigen, dass der Vermieter ausgesprochen sympathisch war.

Sehr schönes Haus, in Wirklichkeit noch toller als auf den Bildern. Der Blick ist sagenhaft.

Super!Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man Ruhe möchte und es nicht scheut mit dem Auto länger unterwegs zu sein. Der Weg dorthin ist zum Schluss sehr kurvig und dann ein recht abenteuerlicher Schotterweg. Aber man wird belohnt wenn man dort ist. Wunderschön!!!

Perfekt für eine Auszeit

Das Haus mit diesem Garten ist einfach nur super. Die Lage ist Unglaublich. Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht und man ist ganz alleine. Auf den Bildern sieht es nur halb so gut aus. Der einzige Nachteil ist der Weg zum Haus. Mit einem tiefen Auto schwer zu befahren. Alles in allem eine super Location für eine Auszeit zu zweit.

Super Erholung!

Die Bilder werden dem Haus kaum gerecht! Die Lage und Aussicht (vor allem des Pools) sind phänomenal. Wenn man Ruhe und Natur sucht ist man hier genau richtig. Er Weg zum Haus ist ein Feldweg. Ging aber für uns Problemlos (großer SUV mit Fahrradträger), war halt manchmal eng. Die Einheimischen fahren hier auch z.B. Mit einem Panda... Danke Danielle für die unkomplizierte Übergabe.

Fantastic place!

My family with two children, age 9 and 12, had a fantastic week in Daniele's house. The house and surroundings were even more beautiful and cozy than in the pictures. The house is very secluded, and you are completely alone. We simply loved it! Daniele was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions - both before arrival and during our stay. Be aware that the dirt road leading to the house is quite rocky and narrow so you don't want to drive there in a very low car or in a very big car. A smaller SUV-type is probably best. If you have small children, then note the stairs from the kitchen leading up to the bedroom and bathroom. Also be aware that there is only very limited shopping and restaurants in the nearby villages and that the bigger town, Aulla, is about 20 min driving away. All in all, we can highly recommend Daniele and his house in the hills above Licciana Nardi.

Beautiful setting for a relaxing holiday

The property is truly lovely, and the setting overlooking such fantastic views is fabulous. We had a lovely, relaxing stay and were glad to make use of the pool, as the weather was so hot. It is however remote, and the final part of the journey leading up to the property consists of a very long, rocky and uneven dirt track that ideally is best navigated by a 4 x4. Our little hire car with small engine did just about make it, but we were concerned about tyres, paintwork and climbing up some of the gradients without stalling.
