“Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, die Zimmer sind schön. Es gibt Parkplätze vor und hinter dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war allgemein sauber, hätte aber mit ein wenig mehr Aufwand perfekt sein können. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man sich wünscht und Getränke wie Kaffee, Tee oder auch Smoothies sind inklusive. Hätten wir geahnt, dass man die Therme kostenfrei nutzen kann, hätten wir auch Badesachen mitgenommen. ”

As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!)
