“Loved the feel of the hotel. Felt luxurious and loved the design features in bedrooms. Immaculately clean and common areas of the hotel were well maintained. Loved the pool area and gym etc. Was lovely to open the curtains in the morning and to see the horses all out exercising. Had a lovely breakfast overlooking the track. Easy check in and parking etc Nice comfy beds. Really struggled with the bathroom set up,looks nice design wise but not practical at all. Travelled with my teenage daughter...

“Second time staying here. Only complaint last time was the lack of water pressure in the shower which was not a problem this time. No complaints.”

“Both room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Hot water was quite slow coming up which led to confusion as to which way tap settings worked, but plenty of it once it arrived. Also air con did not seem to want to blow warm air, even though set on 32 degrees. Overall a pleasant stay.”

“The size of the room was big and clean. There was a mini freezer. There was also a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. The location was close to train station and National Park and it was very convenient and easy access to local restaurants and shops within walking distance. We stayed there to visit our friends who came from Jakarta.”

“Estube 13 dias en ese hotel, leios del centro pues el fin de año los precios en sydney son exageradamente altos. Buen lugar cerca del metro, comparte areas comunes con algo asi como un club privado. En general buen sitio”

“Everywhere we went inside the premises smelt of stale cigarette smoke like an old ashtray is laying around amongst some strange spicy sweet scent! The pool should be heated snc is way small and they could go with a heated hot tub! Don’t think this will be on our top 10 and I was also overcharged ”

“We had to check out after being in the room for an hour - my daughter's allergies flared up so badly due to dust and dirt in the room. We were charged the full amount of our stay - we had booked for a 4-night stay - and we accepted that we would be penalised for 1 night. However, they still charged us for the entire stay. The rooms are terribly tired; the carpets have not been cleaned, and the surfaces are very greasy and poorly cleaned. Proceed with caution...”

“Be careful when booking. These rooms have a shared bathroom. Not super obvious when booking on Expedia. Staff was VERY helpful.”
