At Smarter Rent, we’re a little bit obsessed with the details. Each of our homes is carefully selected and individually designed with our guests in mind. We think about everything from the flooring and appliances to the furniture and practical little touches that make a stay easier. Whether you’re travelling with a pet, bringing the family or looking for somewhere with handy transport links, we want our homes to feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.
Once your reservation is confirmed, the Smarter Rent team will ask for a few additional guest details, including a copy of your ID, and for you to sign our Smarter Rent Agreement covering the house rules. We’ve introduced these simple processes over time to help us maintain a great standard across our homes and make sure every guest has a smooth and enjoyable stay.
