Our modern attic apartment features a spacious terrace with panoramic sea views. Situated on the 6th floor of a biocompatible building with elevator, only 50mt from the beach, in the heart of Lignano Sabbiadoro. The property is composed of an open-plan kitchen fitted with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher; a living/dining room with a sofa bed; a triple bedroom (double + single bed); two double bedrooms; and two complete bathrooms with an enclosed shower and hairdryer (one with a double sink). Equipped with SAT-TV, A/C and heating, washing machine, safe, and one numbered parking space (100mt from the building).
