This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival.<br>The accommodations are located in the Zero Zero Residence, not far from the beautiful, wide, and gently sloping sandy beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro. Shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options are all nearby. All apartments are easily accessible via an elevator. You also have the option to use a shared washing machine in the residence, so you can do your laundry effortlessly even while on vacation. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation—even during the hottest months of the year. The residence has an elevator. A wide variety of entertainment and sports options are available to you in Lignano Sabbiadoro.<br>The newly built and bright 2-room apartment, Bilo Tipo B-4, can accommodate up to 4 people (an additional baby can be accommodated upon request). The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed. If needed, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area provides two additional sleeping spots. The modern kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove, cutlery, dishes, pots, a filter coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The stylish bathroom features a sink, a toilet, and a shower. Round off an eventful day with your family on one of the two furnished balconies. Families with children also have the option to rent a travel crib (please specify when booking). A high chair can be rented upon request at the time of booking. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type. Travel time from the Italian border: approx. 4 hours.<br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro is just a stone’s throw from the accommodation and therefore easily accessible on foot. The wide sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children. On the beach, you can play beach volleyball or table soccer. Of course, you can also rent a pedal boat and enjoy the vast, open sea. There’s also a mini club on the beach, so your little ones can quickly make new friends from all over the world. All in all, it’s the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to take part in one of the sports activities. The beach bar offers a refreshing break, where you can enjoy not only the most delicious drinks but also a quick, refreshing snack. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day. The beach also features wide walkways, ensuring easy access with a stroller.<br>POOL<br>Although the residence doesn’t have a pool, the beautiful sandy beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro is just a stone’s throw away.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>The sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea, is easily accessible on foot and is therefore ideal for families with small children. Enjoy a family stroll along Lignano Sabbiadoro’s promenade and let yourself be enchanted by the various street performers and sights. If you need a travel crib for your child, you can rent one on-site. <br>LEISURE AND SPORTS<br>If you want to stay in shape while on vacation, you’ll be spoiled for choice: windsurfing, kitesurfing, or perhaps a canoe trip? Of course, you can also rent bicycles to explore Lignano Sabbiadoro comfortably on two wheels.
