Personal amable, la limpieza no tanto.

La estancia fue agradable, el personal del hotel fue muy amable, de hecho olvide unas cosas en la habitación y al día siguiente las tenían guardadas para mí. Lo único que no encontré bueno del todo fue la limpieza. Pero se podía estar.

Hotel basico pero acogedor. Con todo lo necesario

El hotel es muy básico y rudimentario pero eso es lo encantador. Uno siente el contacto con la naturaleza. En la habitación hay refrigerador y en un area compartida con hermosa decoracion hay un microondas. Muy buena señal de wifi. Parking gratis al frente y atras aunque no siempre hay lugar pero se puede dejar el auto enfrente sin problemas. A levantarse temprano. Los gallos cantan a las 6 am y las personas tambien son muy madrugadoras. Cero vida nocturna.

Caro para lo que ofrece, aunque bien situado en relación a las zonas a visitar. Café gratis y al menos una persona de recepción fue muy simpática.

En la reserva de este hotel se indicaba que el desayuno estaba incluido, pero allí nos dijeron que ya no era así y que estaban tramitando la licencia para poder volver a ofrecerlo. En la habitación había un cartel indicando que se ofrecía gratuitamente café y magdalenas por la mañana, pero sólo había café. Sólo estuvimos 2 noches, pero no nos limpiaron el baño; tan sólo hicieron la cama. La habitación era muy pequeña y se filtraba la luz del pasillo, encendida toda la noche, por lo que costaba conciliar el sueño.

Small, but clean

Room is small, but was clean. There was a refrigerator and there iz coffee in the lobby area. Bed was comfortable.

Convenient to Lihue airport

5 minutes from the airport. We only needed one night. At first we were worried because it was in a rather industrial part of town and we did not have a car. But we found some good restaurants in walking distance as well as th Kaua’i Museum. Room was small but clean. Bathroom was tiny but clean. Great cross ventilation and ceiling fan made lack of air conditioning moot.

Wouldnot return

The towels and bed linen were stained. The air conditioner was rattling and screeching so had to turn it off. No dead bolt to room. A simple shoulder to the door could have opened it. Nice gardens

スタッフがの皆さんがとても優しく過ごしやすいホテルです。

ネットでは鶏がうるさいとか色々書かれていたのでどうなんだろうと心配していましたが全くその様なことは無くのんびりしてとても過ごしやすいホテルでした。スタッフさん達が皆さん感じ良く優しく接して下さいました。朝コーヒーや色々な飲み物が用意されていてとても助かりました。 モーテルというところが初めてでしたがホテルと全く同じでした。朝チップを置いて出掛けるのですが帰って来てみると取ってないんです。モーテルはいらないの？と心配になりました。次の日は直接会う機会があったので手渡ししましたがどうなんでしょうね。とても感じの良い方でしたよ。 後、公衆電話が壊れていたのを知らなくてお金を入れてもかかりませんでした。戻っても来なかったので故障ならお金入れる投入口にテープを貼るとか故障と書いて置いた方が良いと思います。 ３泊しましたがとても気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。又Ｋａｕａｉ島に行くときは是非パームズホテルに宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Close to Airport

A great place to stay after arriving late, so convenient, so easy after travelling all day. The Hotel is older, very clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The lobby is cosy and it was easy to chat with other guests .

Would not stay again.

This hotel is very old. The room was very small. The bathroom was the bare minimum to qualify as a bathroom. The plumbing didn't work. There was no air conditioning so we had to have the windows open. The screaming chickens kept us awake all night.

Late check in

We told the hotel we would be checking in late. The hotel gave us the room number and told us the light would be on and the key would be in the room. Although the room was small it was very comfortable and just what we needed. We had a good night’s sleep and complimentary coffee was available in the morning

Perfect deal!

great Value, friendly service. For $100/night I am very appreciative of what I got. The room was small but all needs were met. We got an early check in without any extra cost and the place is in walking distance to good food and beer. Would recommend.

Inexpensive & convenient

I arrived in Lihue near midnight after traveling all day and wanted a hotel close to the airport to stay before renting my car and heading out to my rental place at the north of the island more than an hour away. I did not want to spend a fortune nor did I care whether there were lots of amenities. I wanted some place that was close by, clean, and safe. Kauai Palms was all of these things. Also, it was close to a restaurant for breakfast. One draw back--it was not easy to get a taxi to get over to the car rental place so I advise you to take the phone number of the cab driver who drops you there the night before or better yet arrange a pick up time.

Pleasant alternative to cookie-cutter resorts

This quiet hotel is a basic but pleasant place to stay. The staff are genuinely helpful and friendly and will do everything they can to make sure you have a pleasant stay. This is a nice alternative to the cookie-cutter resorts that will nickel and dime you with extra fees at every chance they get.
