“Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the holiday apartment. All the rooms were very small and not particularly clean. The photos did not reveal that the rooms were spread across multiple levels, connected only by an extremely steep staircase. In our opinion, this staircase was very dangerous – especially the exit from the bathroom, which led almost vertically downward, felt borderline life-threatening.One of the bedrooms was so tiny that it would be more accurately described as a...

Verder waren we met 10 man.

The description said it was included, so I was willing to pay a premium for the stay. Turns out, it isn't, and I had to fork out another 60 EUR for parking at the nearest parking garage, which was 10 min walk from the property. The management office where I got the keys is about 15 min drive from the property itself. The bedsheets were dirty. Only a single towel was made...

“We picked up the keys easily and was told that we would have to use a carpark nearby which was fine. We got to the apartment and thought we were in the wrong place. We opened the front door, it was dark and dirty and the hall was full of tables and chairs stacked on top of each other. We went back out to make sure we were in the right place. Going back in, we had to climb 70 steps which were winding, steep, very narrow and really dark. Some were broken to the point where the steps were very...
