    The Space:

    204 George Bass Drive is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation.Once you enter this home you will go upstairs and look out the windows and all your troubles will not exist. Lilli Pilli is perfect for a relaxing family beach holiday.The whole family can enjoy the large balcony where you can all sit and enjoy a barbecue with alfresco dining for 8 and look out to the ocean. Extra chairs and picnic table located downstairs. This property is located just off of George Bass Drive. Once you enter the property you have direct access down to Circuit Beach from the back yard, so there are no roads to cross. The house is lovely, upstairs with open planned kitchen, dining and living room, very comfortable lounge, large screen TV. Unlimited Wifi is also provided by our thoughtful owner. You also have an open fire so this property can even be enjoyed during the cooler months. It's just a short walk to the sheltered, safe, and uncrowded beach below. Great surf, so don't forget the boogie board. Easy access to relaxing cliff walks with beautiful ocean views.



    Layout: Upon entry you have downstairs which has three bedrooms, bathroom, and living area and kitchenette, this will provide an extra fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, you will have direct access to the rear yard from here.This house is a two storey home, upstairs you have 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining with ceiling fans and air conditioner. A beautiful large back deck, overlooking the spacious yard and the ocean beyond is an ideal place to relax. You can help yourself to any fruits/herbs in the garden. The fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, will delight the amateur chef.



    Bedrooms: Linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doonas, doona covers, blankets and bath towels. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.

    Bedroom 1 located upstairs Queen Size bed ceiling fan and heater.

    Bedroom 2 located upstairs Double Size bed ceiling fan and heater.

    Downstairs bedroom 3 Queen bed fan and heater also a single bed. It is a 2 foot six inch wide bed suitable for a smaller adult or child.

    Bedroom 4 Queen bed, fan and heater. Bedroom 5 single bunk beds and a king single available.



    Bathrooms/Laundry: The main bathroom located upstairs has a toilet shower and double vanity. The laundry is located downstairs has a front load washer and dryer for your use. Downstairs bathroom has a bath and shower and vanity.



    Outside: There is a large back yard offering access to the beach via the back yard. Downstairs outdoor area provides table and 4 chairs and BBQ and upstairs on the large deck there is a BBQ and seating for 10 as well as 3 chaises for your convenience. A double carport to park the car located to the side of the house and a small parking bay directly in front of the home, and will also suit those with a small boat.



    Pets: Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.(until the back yard is made secure with fencing and gates)



    Please note this property has a bond which is refundable - charges will be taken for excess rubbish and cleaning.

An idyllic beach oasis

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful, private oasis. This was the perfect house for a multi-generational family get together with excellent communal areas as well as enough space for people to spread out. The back verandah was a really useable space, and the location-with a view of the beach and a short stroll down to it was ideal. We’d come back again in a flash!

A beautiful hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed this house which is semi-nestled in bush, and which had a great view of the water from the balcony and the nice wide windows in the kitchen. Perfect fireplace and a massive TV. The backyard leads to a short trail to the beach (not even a 2 minute walk). This house is a little less stocked than others, so make sure to bring your own toilet paper etc. There is limited reception (depending on phone provider) and no wifi. Although we weren't expecting this, it was actually nice to switch off! Thanks for a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our stay. Great value. Booking was really easy and check in simple. The house has everything you need and is well maintained. The beach is at the end of the garden and was great for a winter swim and ball games for the kids. There was plenty of beautiful walks as well as a coffee shop within walking distance.The open fire in winter was a definite bonus.This is a beautiful part of NSW. I would highly recommend this house.

The location was amazing, and access to a quiet sheltered beach just a short stroll away. The house was large and comfortable and very clean. The huge kitchen was amazing, the deck was beautiful to sit on and enjoy the ocean and some sunshine and the gardens were absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable, there were heaters which kept us very warm in each bedroom and the bathrooms were nice and new. Mobile phone reception was okay but there was limited mobile internet available for Telstra customers and almost none for other carriers, although this helped to encourage us to appreciate spending time together and enjoying our surroundings rather than looking at our phones!All in all we loved the house and will definitely be going back!

Wonderful family time!

We loved the short walk through bush to the secluded beach that had it all for different aged primary kids, rocks, crabs, shells, safe swimming at low tide, gorgeous sunrise and sunset times , cricket on the beach, picnics etc etc. The generous deck allowed us all to congregate together and there was a cupboard full of games to compliment ours. Only issues were jungle of a garden and rubbish left ( which was dealt with promptly by BBAccomodation)

Great for two families

The house easily accommodated two families, and it was very nice to be able to walk to Circuit beach. The house was roomy, the kitchen is huge, and it is all nicely decorated. It is set on a very private, quiet block.The back deck is huge, and has a view of the ocean. There were no expendables in the house, not even a garbage bag. The garden was well overdue for some attention, with the back yard quite overgrown. The smoke alarm often went off in the night, and the note written on a tissue and stuck on the bathroom door was a bit irksome. All in all it seemed a bit tired. We were able to fit our 4 cars in the driveway very comfortably, and the wifi was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay, but have not rebooked as the price for next year has increased exponentially!

While a great property re space setting deck etc, it look unloved and given the price, was disapointing. Garbage bins were full and insufficient toilet paper and no dishwashing tablets were initially provided. 5 of the latter were later provided but insufficient for the number of people and days. Cupboard doors were broken.
