This is a nicely appointed but not luxurious apartment. It served my needs perfectly.I didn't use the apartment balcony and generally if one wants the "view" it means enjoying the terrace on the 22nd floor (la Asotea).The host, Maria Sol, was terrific with communications ... always responsive and tinely.There's a little Holi market just beside the building entrance that will have most anything you might want or need. The apartment is well stocked for kitchen/dining needs.TVs worked great for streaming music.Got a little warm (no AC) but the BR fan worked fine.There really is no gym (just a virtually empty room), but there should be and could be. Add AN ELLIPTICAL, A STATIONARY BIKE, A TREADMILL, A WEIGHY MACHINE.Needs to be clear that the Lounge Chairs and Hot Tub are reserved at cost 5), and the reservation system should be online limiting each exclusive session to an hour. If the amenities are not reserved by paid reservation, their use should be open, always subject to a reservation that bumps a user out/off unless the reserving agrent consents to tthen they should be open to thay.?
