    Couples and small families are sure to love this dog-friendly hotel-style studio on the Northern Oregon Coast! Easy access to a nearby beach, classic home comforts, and more make this one vacation rental you won't want to miss.



    This third-floor studio for four is on the south side of Lincoln City, and you've got plenty of options for meals and window-shopping within a couple miles of your home! You're also just a short one- or two-block walk from the beach.



    Up to four lucky guests (and your dogs) can sleep in the condo's living and sleeping area, with a luxurious king-size bed and cushy leather futon. Step back from the seaside view of the balcony and relax by the fireplace, or enjoy rainy-day entertainment like WiFi and flatscreen cable TV.



    Whether you experience a romantic dinner for two at the indoor table or some open air dining on the balcony, the essential appliances make it quick and easy to whip up snacks and reheat leftovers. A coffee-maker combined with a mini-fridge and microwave make this a great place for enjoying simple food!

The room was exactly as advertised. The fireplace was nice and the view was outstanding. While not directly on the beach, there are lots of access points near the apartment.

We loved watching the King Tides from our room. It was clean, cozy and doggy friendly. We come here yearly for this weekend and always enjoy the stay.

Not a very clean room, lumpy mattress on 2 twin box springs and spotty WiFi. Beautiful view and the fireplace was nice although the ticking of the timer was a bit annoying.

Location was great. If the sliding door would have had a screen I would have kept it open all the time to listen to the waves. I would have appreciated blackout curtains. It was clean but the baseboards need attention.

Great little spot.

This place was amazing. The views of the ocean and sunsets were awesome. The inside were nice for a studio. Had a little fridge and microwave. The beach is only a short walk down the hill and was a great beach. The outside could use a little paint and love but besides that everything else was perfect.

This was an amazing stay. We loved everything about the location and the views were incredible. The unit itself had just the essentials which was fine, and the perfect size for two people and two dogs. We loved the fact that it was dog friendly! The only small inconveniences we had were two things. The mini fridge was not cold enough and the room itself had no airflow and no A/C. So at night it got extremely hot and muggy. We were forced to leave our balcony door open a smidge to allow for air flow and not feel like we were suffocating. Even with the balcony door open, the airflow was minimal. We didn’t prefer to keep the door open cause we ended up getting bugs in the room in the evening, but there was really no other choice. I would highly recommend there be at least a fan in the room for future guests. We didn’t ask for one at the time of our stay since we were only there for 2 nights. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back if they are able to provide a fan / some cooling / fixed the mini fridge.

Highly recommend

The condo was clean, parking convenient. It was wonderful to step out on our balcony and see the ocean! We left the balcony door open every night and fell asleep listening to the waves. It was a little tricky getting to the beach, but we were there more to sightsee anyway so it wasn't really an issue.
