    The comfortable couch easily converts into a Queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests.
    Fully Equipped Kitchen:

    Modern kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher.
    Also includes a coffee maker and toaster for your convenience.
    Bedroom & Bathroom:

    Retreat to the private bedroom featuring a luxurious King-size bed with an adjustable head articulation for ultimate comfort.
    The bedroom has its own flat-screen TV with a DVD player.
    Convenience Amenities:

    A private washer and dryer are included in the condo, so you can pack light.
    Sleeping Arrangements:

    Bedroom: 1 King Bed
    Living Room: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa

    Guest Access
    Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire condominium unit. This includes the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and your own private balcony overlooking Siletz Bay. One dedicated parking space is available for one vehicle.

Perfect area for beach walking and enjoying the view! Condo was clean and had a great kitchen. Bed was comfortable with nice linens and lots of pillows!

Booking went smoothly and the newly renovated condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much we stayed two extra days!! Thank you to the owners for sharing your peaceful condo with us - we will be back for sure!

Great to Getaway!!!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Lincoln City. The Waters Edge condominiums are a perfect place to rest and relax with beautiful views of the ocean! I would highly recommend these properties to anyone.

The unit was great. Clean and comfortable. A little odd thst no dogs are allowed and the unit below us had barking dogs. We listened to them while trying to enjoy our morning coffee

Beautiful view

Beautiful view from the balcony although it’s a little ways from the ocean opening, could still hear the ocean with the door open at night. So grateful to have paper towels when we arrived super quick, walk to a little grocery store and a couple restaurants local so very helpful as well places to eat whale watching even in depoe bay was great. Thank you very much

Beautiful View and Great Location

The condo is in a great location and is within walking distance to Mo's restaurant. It has a beautiful view of the bay and it was fun to watch the wild life and people enjoying the calm beach. If you take a short walk past Mo's you will find the ocean which is beautiful but more dangerous. If you have children or don't like huge waves, this is a great location to stay! The decor is nice and the bed is comfy. The mattress is a little on the hard side, but you can tell it's good quality! Some noise can be heard from the walkway out the front door and from the neighbors while on the deck but this is not fault of the owners-just the way it was constructed. Overall, the noise did not bother us and we would stay here again!

Disappointed

The couch and lazy boy chairs were covered with long blonde hair which I had to vacuum off before we could even sit on them. The arms of the couch had stains and wasn’t very comfortable. The was lot of dust and dirt under it as well. While the bathroom, sinks and shower were clean with plenty of towels the bedspread in the bedroom also had stains.The baseboard hadn’t been cleaned or repainted in for ever. The was coffee beans to grind but no packets of digest or creamer. This was very much a corporate rental and it felt like it I more use to the comfy and homey units I rely on from Vrbo

Sweet quiet place

Awesome place to just relax and wind down, with plenty of things to do close by. The condo was just as described, and clean and comfortable.

Our Stay

We had a great time staying in the condo, however, I wish there were a little be more amenities at the property. It was very clean and comfortable! We had very little communication with the property manager, but we made it happen when it came to checking in!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean, tastefully decorated, and kitchen was well equipped, even for an away-from-home Thanksgiving feast! Extra amenities such as clamming bucket (with instructions) used and appreciated as well as beach chairs! Beautiful view and quiet location. We and other family members have stayed at property a number of times, and this is the best condo of all. We would definitely request this condo again.

Wanted to Love It

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. Youcould walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. There were several disappointments however. The mattress was extremely firm and did not provide us with a restful sleep. We padded the mattress with bedding from the hide a bed to try to make it tolerable. We turned the heat off and even then it was 80° inside in November. The chain in the toilet tank was too long so it would get caught and cause the toilet to run. The shower surround had some mold at the bottom. The DVD remote did not work. Hopefully it was just a battery issue. The finishes were nice, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances.

View more than hoped for

It's hard to tell about a place from photos, but these were accurate. Actually, the place and especially the incredible bay view were more than we had hoped for.

Great little beach condo!

Reviewer Comments: This unit served our needs well. It has a great view of Siletz bay. The sandy beach along the bay is steps away from the building and the actual ocean beach front is less than a 10 minute walk away. It is walking distance to a handful of restaurants which we took advantage of during our stay.The unit was clean and maintained well. The kitchen was stocked w/ the essential cookware to make some of our meals at "home." The pull out sofa bed worked fine for our young son.Water's Edge 309 worked great for a quick getaway for our family of three!

Clean place, great location

The condo was clean, cute, and right on the beach. I did a long weekend just me and my two little kids. It was just perfect being steps away from the beach on the back bay--plenty of opportunity to play in the sand and water's edge without a long walk or worry about big waves. The condo had everything we needed. There is no AC and the ocean breeze didn't really make it in, so if you have trouble sleeping in a warm space, bring a fan.

Get a new housekeeper

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and the place itself was cute. However until you get a new housekeeper, I will NOT be returning and definitely not recommending! When we arrived there was sand all over the floors, there was a blanket wadded up and thrown on the floor of the closet (is this supposed to be clean?) and the dishwasher was full of dishes, the microwave was nasty. Just another thought- we got stuck in the elevator! Thankfully after about a minute it fixed itself because all of the buttons we pushed for help didn’t seem to work!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I received a phone call just hours before check in, saying housekeeping was 2 hours behind schedule. Frustrating, but no biggie. When we entered the room, it was pretty musty to the point it needed aired out. There were stains all over the drapes. All 3 comforters were dirty. One had what looked like cottage cheese or baby vomit on it. So gross. The fire alarm and all the electrical cords were dangling out of the wall. Such a letdown from what we were expecting.
