Everything is really clean. The walls are due for paint rouch ups. There were no batteries in the remotes. The dish set is incomplete, we did not have capacity of the house, but had i brought the 10 i would have been upset there were not enough. The beds were A comfortable and the bedding was really A as well.

Nicely stocked. Hot tub was plenty warm. Beds were comfortable.Getting to the garage was initially confusing. If you are driving a bigger vehicle, it gets to be quite tight as the street is narrow. Did not really realize that it was 4 levels. Certainly got our steps in. Response from management company was good.

Friendly and welcoming host, a clean, beautiful, and well-supplied home made our weekend family trip extra nice. Everyone had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and we had a homey upstairs area to gather for food and games. All of our party agree that we would happily stay here again. It was a very nice home and great experience.

We experienced a few hiccups during our stay and felt bad needing to reach out to property management over the holiday. The home itself was lovely, with gorgeous views, a well-appointed kitchen, and comfortable beds. We couldn’t get the BBQ working, though that may have been user error! Overall, the setting and amenities were a bright spot, and time spent with family was priceless.

We love Olivia Beach and all the amenities. The house is big and clean with everything we needed plus a nice view of the ocean. We had plenty of rooms and beds and every room had their own bathroom or a bathroom that was close. Even a bathroom upstairs! The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. The host communicates fast

Annual Birthday with the Family

Stairs are no problem for our family, but if it is a concern this isn't for you. This is a very spacious house with room for people to spread out. The kitchen-great room was nice for all 9 of us all to gather. I would definitely book again--the beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels & towels for the hot tub (which sometimes are not provided.). The view is great.

Beautiful home with all the amenities plus some. Home is set up for groups or families who enjoy being together but also having your own space. Top floor is open with great views of the ocean. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. Instructions were easy to follow. Will book again.

Beautiful views

The view of the ocean was amazing. Loved the house and especially the kitchen. Be aware there are a lot of stairs! Our one suggestion is to provide directions for the television. We eventually figured it out, but it was a lot of trial and error. Communication with the property managers was excellent.
