The subdivision is great and this is our 2nd stay in there however, while this home was "photo staged", had some issues. The main living area is very small and we could hardly fit 4 average sized people in the LR, DR was very cramped, main bath counter so small and kitchen very small. The biggest issue was the grill which was an absolute hazard. Rusted and broken with an empty tank attached. When I attached the spare tank and turned it on, it shot out a flame like a torch near the hose and fried the starter, potentially headed down the hose to the tank. It was honestly terrifying and I turned it off directly and notified the PM. The grill should have been replaced long ago (see photo). Then the power went out at 3am and was off until 7pm. While out of the PM's hands they did not have any candles, flashlights, or additional heat as it was 40 degrees out. When contacted, they offered no solutions and said they could not replace the grill until after our stay, which was 3 more days. The hot tub also got fried during the power surge/outage, so one of the main reasons for this house was rendered useless which again, said could not be fixed until after our stay. I offered up some suggestions post stay to which they said thank you, but no concessions towards a future stay, or anything for that matter. Overall I would not stay here again as there are a ton of options in the area and not sure about using iTrip again either. They ask for a 5 star review, but don't offer what that takes
