It was perfect for us we all had our own room the. Guys enjoyed the downstairs The view from the top Was breathtaking. We really enjoy ourself The stairs weren’t that bad. The only time. Was when. We. Had to bring the suitcases up.

Our stay in Lincoln City

loved our stay here. the view from the hot tub was amazing. one thing that may help visitors is some literature put out on best way to beach comb, best places to eat, things to see or do.

Loved the property and location. Pool table, poker table and TV room was a hit. View was gorgeous and the hot tub on the patio was great.

The hot tub was broken for entire stay. Water heater was not able to accommodate multiple showers. The place needed a deep clean, fan under stove was icky along with the overhead fan on all the floors. The heater in the game room was open and looked like someone was trying to fix it, meaning we could not use the game room because it was cold.

Great beach house

This house is very spacious. Perfect for groups. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in each bedroom also which is nice. Has a great view. Beach access is about a block away.

Family Spring Break

This was house was amazing. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us and every room had its own bathroom. Our kids loved the game room and the view was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again

Great house!

My family and i had such a great time. So close to the to the beach and such a beautiful view. The only thing that i didnt really like was the stairs, but other then that i would rent it again for a next weekend at the beach.

It's Better at the Beach in July 8

Great location. We enjoyed our stay. The stairs were a challenge for the over 60 year olds in our party. We loved that each couple in our party had their own bedroom and bathroom. We will be back next year.

Family vacation

It was beautiful the view was breathtaking! We loved our time there. The only negative was the hot tub wasn’t hot but we never called to have it looked at. The home was perfect for our family we would definitely stay again!

Great home close to the beach

This is a wonderful home with a LOT of stairs. It is close to the beach and has everything you could want in a beach rental. Each room has its own bathroom but only two have showers (the other two have nice soaking tubs). We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Really roomy and well set up for everyone in the party to be equally comfortable!

My kids really liked having their own rooms with fully equipped bathrooms. We had a great time playing pool. The short walk to the beach was really convenient and we took advantage many times to go down and fly kites and build sand castles.

Ok stay needs remodel

We stayed at this place and knew about the stairs but the house needs a remodel a lot of things are falling apart like the pocket doors they kept popping out of place and just seems a little dated on all fixtures. Nice house just could use more upkeep. Needed to be cleaner as one of the beds was dirty when.we got there as well as the hot tub. Could use some extra blankets not to far from beach which is nice.
