Great pricing for a nice view, and spacious area. Good communication and area has lots to do around. Maybe a little too much chlorine in the bath tub, but definitely coming back again.

The space was comfortable and the location is fantastic! The host was responsive and helpful. The only drawback was the little extras that seem more common with vacation rentals were sparse-- no spices, coffee/tea in the kitchen, no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom-- so we ended up having to buy some things. But overall, a great stay!

Never received email with check in information until I called. Got emails from VRBO but not A1 Beach rentals as my email was transferred correctly. Unit had not been cleaned. No bedding on beds. Bathrooms and Kitchen dirty. No soaps or shampoos in showers. Unable to sleep in oceanfront bedroom as hot tub ran loudly all night and vibrates against wall. Batteries dead in tv remotes. No rugs outside showers and floor very slippery when exiting after a shower. Carpets stained.

It was great — very clean and well stocked and great communication. Didn’t lack for anything. Had a difficult time getting the key as the lever to pull down was hard to push down with my arthritic fingers and getting in and out of the patio door was difficult. Property management folks were so helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

Beautiful condo and spot! Loved the layout of the property. It was nicely decorated and stocked with everything we need! Beach access was a short walk away as well. The only less than desirable note was being on the ground floor. We often would use the hot tub but other guest's used the back common area as a walk through, so we were often met with people coming by. Or those who would sit in chairs out there would be in our view. It wasn’t anything negative or something that can change but if you want more privacy, I would look for one of the upper units. We enjoyed dinners at the kitchen table while watching sunsets, windows were big and opened nicely. We will stay here again!

This is an absolutely beautiful spot! The view is incredible and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again! Lots of towels which was nice because a lot of times for long stays they only give you a couple of towels. It was spacious, clean, and the grounds nice and quiet.Close to everything and Lincoln City has many great restaurants and shops to visit. Also driving through the city you see so many different and beautiful views of the ocean.

Great location and beach views

Very nice condo overlooking the Oregon coast/ Lincoln city.. Great location, 5 minute walk to beach access and short drive or walk to middle of Lincoln city. Very relaxing place with amazing views!!
