Loved everything and this was the first house at the beach where nothing was broken! It is very rare at the coast (from our experience) where you are able to open the windows and the screen is not broke and there isn’t a mountain of dirt sitting there. They had a fully stocked kitchen and everything your doggie needs to feel at home. My family would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay and a much needed rest. Dog friendly and steps away from the beach. I saw a previous review that mentioned bed bugs. I am an experienced hotel housekeeper- I did an inspection so you don't have to! I can tell you they had a professional exterminator resolve the issue. It happens sometimes, even in the cleanest of rooms. (Like this one!) We felt right at home and we will definitely be staying again if we can!

At first site the place looks cute and close to the ocean but unfortunately we had to leave in the middle of the night because we found bedbugs in the downstairs bedroom while we were sleeping! We contacted Vrbo and they were outrageous trying to say we never paid for our trip and they couldn’t refund us until we paid which was an out right lie and then they left us on hold until they hung up on us. We did speak to a kind women at Oregon beach vacations which is the host and she helped us get a full refund!

Very clean and nice! Adorable pet friendly house. It was very stormy all three days and we might have enjoyed a movie, but the dinning room chairs are in the way of seeing the TV. Seems like where it is isn’t great. Maybe add one upstairs in the living area up there. That seems like a perfect place.

Perfect spot if you are traveling with dogs. Close to everything beach access is perfect. Will be staying here again, pro tip bring a baby gate and install top of staris so your dog can enjoy the patio deck and you dont have to worry about them going down the stairs.

Great stay!

This is an updated small beach property - 2 bedrooms and a loft. Overall nice property with close and easy access to the beach. Kitchen had everything you would want from dishes to pots/pans, spices and appliances. They had both a drip coffee pot with filters (bring your own grind) along with a variety of furnished K-Cups and a Keurig. Refrigerator had water and ice dispenser. There is a barbecue, but be aware it is charcoal, we did not know this and did not bring briquets.Tons of board games. Plenty of towels, bedding, TP, toiletries, dishwasher detergent, etc.There is only one shower/bathtub. The other bathroom is basically a powder room on the second floor. The shower head had limited water pressure, but that is comment with the new eco-friendly shower heads.Would totally stay here again.

Great Stay in Lincoln City

We really enjoyed our visit at Charlie’s Lookout! It was very cute and clean, the beds and all the furniture were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. It was an easy walk to the beach and we could see the ocean from all the front windows. It was a great location and we’d be happy to stay there again.

The place is so cute! It is definitely catered towards pets! It was close to the beach entrance for the dogs to go on walks. They had a basket full of dog blankets and towels and goodie bags for the dogs. The only thing i wish it had was a grass area out back for the dogs to potty. Can't wait until our next stay.

Great Place!

We loved this little house! Plenty roomy for us with enough view to satisfy. Beach access was super easy for the ‘old ladies’. The small backyard is muddy and so mud gets tracked in by your puppets, but nothing a quick wipe can’t handle! Kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!
