Si está buscando un relajante alquiler de vacaciones frente al mar en el corazón de Lincoln City, no busque más que Lawton's View. Ubicada en SW Coast Ave, esta casa es de 4 dormitorios, 3 baños con capacidad para hasta 10 personas. La sala principal cuenta con amplias vistas de la costa de Oregón desde un acantilado de más de 125 pies de altura; la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina le permiten disfrutar de estas invaluables vistas durante su actividad diaria en el hogar. Al oeste de la sala principal hay un pasillo que conduce a la suite principal. El principal cuenta con una cama king-size y baño privado. Las otras tres habitaciones dentro de la casa incluyen dos habitaciones con una cama king y una habitación para niños con dos juegos de literas. La sala de literas es perfecta para ubicar a los niños en unas vacaciones costeras y al lado de esta sala es una sala de juegos que ofrece aún más comodidades para los niños. Los juegos de mesa y una consola Wii con docenas de opciones de juegos ofrecen horas de diversión para todas las edades. Estas tres habitaciones comparten dos baños completos entre ellas, lo que hace un total de 3 baños. We had a very enjoyable week the home is lovely, beautiful view of the ocean with a short walk to the beach. We would recommend staying at the Lawton house for an enjoyable trip.

Beautiful view, home

Our family enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and beautiful and the view was gorgeous. It was wonderful to just sit in the living room and watch the sunset over the water.

Great beach experience

Had a wonderful time at this property. Has a great view of the ocean and weather was perfect so we were able to see it. Parking was a bit scary but shouldn’t be deciding factor when staying here.

Annual Fall Getaway

We’re a group of ladies who have been coming to Lincoln City ever fall for about 30 years. Lawton’s View is one of the best places we’ve stayed at, especially for the view, and we got it for a very good price! It’s a short drive to the mall and good restaurants, and quite close to beach access. This home is on several levels, and all levels require stairs to access them, so you’ll want to keep that in mind if there are mobility issues.

Wife’s 30th birthday.

I wanted to surprise my wife with somewhere really special for her 30th birthday. The view is stunning! This property is reasonably priced and contains the perfect amount of beds/amenities for a group to very comfortably spend time together but still have private spaces. There’s plenty of bathrooms and they were all very clean. 10/10 would recommend this rental.

Great Weekend Getaway

The house has amazing views and the beach access is relatively close. We were able to get to and from the beach quickly which allowed us to make multiple trips per day which was great with a child. The home is well maintained and clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable. No complaints!

Whales, bald eagles, oh boy.

Great location on a 100 ft bluff overseeing the ocean. Tons of whale sightings - at a distance so mostly just the spouts so bring binocs. Pair of bald eagles perched on branch next door. House was perfect for us. Did lots of grilling on side deck. Took glass blowing lesson nearby. Very nice drives along the coast.

Pure perfection

There were 9 family members ranging n age from 1yr to 80..it was a get together for my 80th birthday. 4.generations..house is well laid out. Comfy beds. Kitchen has anything needed to fix all 3 meals. The view is magnificent. We spent alot of time on the side deck. Easy access to the.beach just several blocks to the north. We would come again.

Great place! Amazing views! Very comfortable! The garbage disposal was broken and the sink kept getting clogged. Called the company and they said they would send someone and we waited all day for them. No plumber. Waste of a day! Dang.

Girls Weekend

It was a great spot, clean, easy to check in, lots of space, comfy lounging areas, loved that they had toys for the kiddo. It was 5 women and my 4 year old daughter for a girls weekend. Close to beach access. Only negative was my email had different check out instructions than the posted sign inside the house so we weren’t sure which ones to follow. Also, they need a new can opener and some Kleenex would be nice. Otherwise, no complaints.

Big Family Fun Vacation

Wonderful view!! The second we entered, we immediately saw whales directly out the large windows facing the ocean. Each day we spotted whales, sea lions, harbor seals and endless birds. We also saw people surfing. A short drive down the hill takes you to the beach entrance. One of our family members was lucky to find a glass “float” put out by Lincoln City. The house was very roomy, plenty of cookware for big meals, lots of eating plates and utensils. It has endless games, puzzles, movies and a game room down the hall away from the main living room, kitchen. Even beach play toys and kites! Wonderful place! Couldn’t have picked better for 6 adults and 4 children(two teenagers). No issues at all ! Plenty of towels and linens! Stayed a week and wish it could have been longer!

Beautiful view, comfortable house

Our stay was, overall, great. We will definitely consider this house again in the future. Everything was clean and in reasonably good repair. The door keypads did not work (probably a battery issue) and were not repaired during our visit after reporting them, but there was a garage door opener and backup key easily available that we were able to use. There are stairs up to the main level, but once there everything you need is able to be accessed on one level except for one bedroom/bathroom on the upper level. The view was one of the best that we've had at a beach rental: the windows span the width of the living/dining area. We saw pelicans, osprey, and whales, and enjoyed watching the tide flow in and out on the beach. Beach access is down a steep, narrow road, but is not too far to walk and traffic was reasonable. There is also parking and a bathroom with an outdoor washing station at the beach access. Overall, we loved our stay.

Special Getaway

Beautiful, updated home with amazing views. I feel there was a lack of communication between Beach Haven and VRBO . Lack of it, can make or break a long awaited stay at the beach. We received instructions and directions in.plenty of time prior to arrival. Problem is, the codes we were given for entry into the home were incorrect! Beach Haven was called and a new code was programmed. This was very upsetting to us elderly ladies. Several ladies in our group had mobility issues. The steep climb up to the home entry was very challenging. Arriving in darkness or pouring rain, would be very dangerous for anyone trying to enter the home. This was the only negative issue with this lovely home. Correct information to the guests must be addresses. Cleaning was ok, but The king mattress in the top bedroom had very large urine stains and no matress covers. Pretty gross. Sad, because the home is very updated and clean.
