Comfortable and right on the beach

We were very happy with our stay. The view is amazing and great beach access. The pool was nice, the laundry was easy to use. We didn't spend much time at the condo because there is so much adventuring to do when at the coast!

Labor day's get away

Nice property, nice view, comfy bed plenty spaces for up to 6 peoples. The only thing is the Carpet was not really cleaned. maybe needs some deep cleaning in the near future. Toilet also small if you big probably won't fit just my 2 cents. other than those items I would recommend ohh only a few step away from the sandy beach.

Nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our condo! It had a lot of things you need for cooking! The only thing we would have changed would be having AC. Other than that, it’s a great location!

Beautiful view.

We had a nice time. It was a bit small, one bed was broken, we could not put it up. So out space was limited. If you do stay bring your own plastic wrap, foil, Ziploc bags/storage containers. It has amazing view. We would stay again.

Location!

Location was great with beach access directly behind the property. Our family loved walking down to the sand on a whim and doing a bonfire at sunset was super convenient. We also loved the view from the second floor as it was above the chain link fence at the back of the property. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we appreciated having pools towels available. However, the parts of the condo weren’t very clean - especially the flooring with grime stuck in the carpet. There are also some holes in the walls that a little touch up could improve dramatically. The upstairs noise in the middle of the night did keep us up one night. Overall, we had a great time.

Cozy and comfortable

We had a great stay at this property. The view is amazing and the space is comfortable and homey. The TV/DVD player instructions were not super straight forward but we eventually figured it out by manually hitting buttons on the TV. Could use some clarification for ease of use. The kitchen was great for cooking with all the pots and gadgets needed to cook a full meal. Would stay again!

Great location, and view. We had a very enjoyable time and will go again. My only complaints were the carpets needed cleaning and towels used previously were still hanging on the bathroom door!!

Great condo, great location!

Very comfortable unit right on the beach. Very clean and updated inside; outside is a little worn, but that doesn't matter to me! Nice queen Murphy beds in living area and bedroom, so would work great for couples or families with children. Walking distance to Kyllo's restaurant is a plus! Would stay here again!

Fun family weekend.

Was a perfect location for the Kite Festival. Such a great view of the ocean. People walking up and down the stairs in the one room was very loud. I’d recommend bringing a noise machine to drown it out if your a light sleep.

3.5 Stars for it's location and overall stay.

A decent place to stay and just a few steps from the beach and your there. Family had a good time at the beach finding sea critters, building bonfire on the beach and when kids got cold, was not a far walk for them to go back to the place. Kids also had a fun time swimming in pool when it rained. Sleeping wise the separate bedroom that is facing the parking lot, you could hear people going down the stairs, but not in the living room area. If there are kids staying in the floor above you, just know you're going to hear lots of running/jumping (depending on the age of course) because we did. Comment to owner: We could not find any kitchen towels or pot holders, we ended up using one of the towels. We give this place 3.5 stars.

Family of 4. Place was clean, well stocked. If your looking for a comfortable place to hang out it fits the needs. So much nicer than a hotel. No real complaints. If the owners keep it clean and fresh, this place will be rented out continuously. Really enjoyed having the ocean and beach access so close. Very happy to be on the second floor. Read other reviews before renting. If your a continual complainer about everything you will not enjoy this place. If your looking for a nice stay, its great. Lookng to book again this summer. ♡

Cute beachfront property

Our family loved the condo. It was very well equipped and well stocked. And it was perfectly located for us. Loved how easy the check in was!! The beds were motel quality beds, not fantastic but not awful. There is a fair amount of noise from the unit above, but it wasn’t awful. Overall I give the place a 4.8 out of 5!

birthday beach getaway

Me and a friend came down to celebrate my birthday and stayed here. It was wonderful. The décor was great. The view was spectacular! You cannot get any closer to the beach. I loved that the beach access did not have too many stairs. The only thing was the website listed this as a two bedroom but it was only a one bedroom. It was ok and worked out for us. The kitchen was great and very well stocked. I love that it had a real coffee pot and not a Keurig. Yes, this building is older and could use work but its the beach. It was nice, cozy and we loved every minute. The pool was out of service but that was ok. I plan on staying here again and maybe it will be open then. Great place, great décor. Thanks Troy
