It's a dirty property and poorly maintained. Room was both disgusting and enaculate. Bathroom was beautiful. Floor's sticky. Drawers full of dog hair. TV went out and no one to contact to fix. Misleading listing. But it was a good price

No table no chairs no hooks no closet no rugs .. Two by fours hanging out of bed that can rip your shins. Bathroom fan that soundd like it is going to explode, black mold in shower faucet knob, faux fire place has minimal flame but does heat up... Timer to turn on fire place is so loud you can not have it on to go to sleep. View of Ocean is minimal.. Cables poles building trees... You name it it's there in the view. If you are looking g for a quick over night it's great!

Stay in Lincoln City

Reasonable price, but the stairs up to our room were very dirty. Not a great 1st impression. Room was clean, but bathroom faucet had very little pressure, so we replaced the faucet screen for you & now there's a lot of pressure. The receipt & the old faucet screen is by the TV. The drain is very slow though, so you might want to check it. It would also help if there was some kind of fan in the room or a screen on the sliding door since the fireplace keeps it too warm at night in the summertime.

If I wanted to do chores I would have stayed home. Had to carry a trash bag full of soaked dirty towels across the property down a bunch of stairs to exchange for clean ones. The room was never cleaned, The trash cans were overflowing and no supplies replenishment. (TP,Soap,Towels etc. The bed was so warped and the springs were shot! There was no way to sleep on it! No air or fan nothing. The room was really hot

Okay

Location was good. Property was disappointing however. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was an old spring mattress. The toilet didn't flush properly. We had to flush multiple times just to get anything down it. We did like that the fact the property excepted dogs. The parking was definitely first come first serve.

Vrbo was impossible to work with. I had to go directly through the location to get any communicati.

The electric fireplace didn't work so I was credited $25 per night we were there. That was a wonderful compromise! The room was FANTASTIC, the view of the ocean was wonderful, and the location crew was very friendly and helpful.

Left a day early

This property was not very comfortable. When we got to the property there was trash over flowing out of the dumpster area and trash all over the parking lot. Upstairs in the room the fireplace, heater, or remote to the TV did not work and the bed was very uncomfortable and very loud.. We ended up booking a different hotel and leaving a day earlier than planned.

Not at all what it looked like in photos

The code were sent to get in was incorrect. Once we got the right code (after two calls to the VRBO office for assistance), the room was dirty, the comforter stained, old hair on the pillow cases and sheets, cracks in the bathroom floor, and dirt and dust in the heater. We didn't feel comfortable staying, so we called the office again and told them we were leaving and wanted a refund. The people at the VRBO office were nice, but I have not received the refund yet. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Horrible 1stTime Experience w/both Companies!!

TONS of dog hair EVERYWHERE! All over the floor, table tops, comforter and sheets. Sheets and towels were stained. Things were not in working order...the wall heater, the hair dryer, the lock box to get our key and get in.

Great price on a nice little room

The room was small with the basic necessities and that's all I wanted. Hot shower, cold fridge, awesome fireplace and balcony. Reasonable sized tv with cable. The coffee maker was working great. Only small complaint was that my wife and I thought the bed was a little stiff, but it didn't ruin out stay. The location is close enough to town with a view of the ocean from the back porch. Overall pleasant experience.

weekend getaway

This was the perfect spot for a couple nights at the coast. The studio was clean and spacious enough for the two of us and our dog. The beach is just a short walk away. There is also easy access to a coffee shop, boutiques, restaurants and a brewery. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay

Great place for two. You can view the ocean right from the room and hear the waves at night. Great bed with a fridge. Parking also available and close to everything

Great location and clean inside.

The unit was conveniently located across the street from the movie theater. Don’t be discouraged by the not so clean hallway; our room was very clean inside and the sound of the ocean was wonderful!

I had a great time! The room was very clean and modern, and nice and quiet for the duration of my ten day stay. I will recommend this unit to my family, when they come to visit the coast, and I will be back again, for sure.
