- This welcoming 2 level condo is located in the Riverfront Townhomes complex (Marcalus Rd), which is an easy walk to Loon Mountain Resort, the Pemigewasset River, and the charming town of Lincoln New Hampshire. It has an open floor plan with new kitchen appliances, granite counters, freshly painted and hardwood floors throughout. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, and includes bath towels and linens. Air conditioning is provided with mini-splits in each bedroom and the main living area.
The condo complex includes 2 outdoor pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, grills, and river access to Lady’s Bathtub swimming hole with Loon Mountain Resort 1 mile away.
Downtown Lincoln has fun restaurants, shopping and movies. Whale’s Tale water park, Clark’s Trading Post, and Hobo Railroad with putt-putt golf are all close by.

Lovely place, great location!
Lovely Condo, very comfortable condo in great location. The only problems were small, but annoying. TV in living room did not work, overhead light in twin bedroom did not work. Soap empty in two bathrooms and sink faucet in queen room loose. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

Tricky to find
Different map apps gave us different directions to this property, then when we found the right unpaved street, we went to the wrong building before we realized our mistake and moved down. It would have been nice to have more specific directions on finding this location. For example, state building number eight, unit number two. The property itself was delightful inside and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was nicely layed out with a great location. It is well situated close to stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable however if there had been six people there would have been an issue as someone would have needed to sleep on an air mattress. The cupboards were stocked with some of the basics which was great. Living room furniture was very comfortable.
However there is a need for greater attention to the following details. The kitchen is in need of a thorough cleaning as the cupboard fronts were dirty and some of the lower cabinets needed a good cleaning and organization as things were thrown in haphazardly and it was difficult to access the items found there. I'm the twin bedroom, while the main items such as the toilet, sink and tub were clean, the decor items and door was in need of a good wipe down.
I would stay here again however would like to see the areas mentioned dealt with.

We were only here for one night but the property was perfect for our needs. The walk to Loon was simple, the townhouse was beautiful and clean.

Relaxing Country Home
We loved our week at this house. It was very relaxing and peaceful as it was quiet and surrounded by trees. The house is beautiful and has everything a family needs. We played the board games, enjoyed playing on the river and in the pool, and went for hikes. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and I especially loved the plush red towels.

Excellent Townhome
We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into Julie's Town home. It is well equipped with all the essentials you might need, towels, linens, kitchen supplies, and even a Kureg Coffee Maker.
The location was perfect for what we wanted to do, and the Ladies Bath, an extremely short walk, was an added bonus to the kids, who kept asking to go back and play on the rocks and swim in the mountain water.
This townhome is tastefully decorated and homey and very comfortable.
We will definitely stay here again, if we are welcomed.
Our only issue, and no reflection on the owners, is that the pool was not as clean as I would have liked.

Rustique mais agréable
Logement de style campagnard bien équipé mais attention le canapé n'est absolument pas convertible donc convient plutôt à 4 plutôt qu'à 5 personnes et la cheminée est difficile à allumer sans être vite envahis par la fumée ! Sinon RAS, très bien située dans un environnement agréable.

Exceeded expectations!
We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked into this place. The condo was very clean and had a cozy, rustic feel to it. The location was perfect...we were hoping to be close to Franconia Notch and Kancamagus but we didn’t expect the awesome swimming hole that was behind the condo. The kids wanted to go every morning and evening after a long day of exploring and hiking in the area to jump in and tube in the river behind the condo. It was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner at night when we wanted to. Having three bathrooms was the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Good condo in a good condo
Nice condo and a great location close to town. So much to do and it’s easy to get around. A good experience staying and working with the owner. Just a couple of cleaning items needed and the check in book needs updating. A great time!

Great location!
We highly recommend this property--everything was clean and neat and just as described. You can't beat the location to all the area has to offer. We especially liked swimming in the basin and that there was a pool on the property as we were there during one of the hottest weekends of the summer. We would like to suggest possibly installing a couple window a/c units in the bedrooms as the summer temps made it very difficult to sleep. However, overall we would book again and recommend it to friends.

Great Location
Our weekend spent in New Hampshire was great. Thanks to the perfect location of the condo we were able to do a full-day hiking in the mountains and then enjoy the beautiful swimming hole + pool back of the condo. The rooms are clean and sunny. It is just very spacious. The property is well maintained and the owners are very nice people. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place - with some minor exceptions
Great location and it was very comfortable and quiet. The only issue we had was the lack of some supplies. The place was low on toilet paper and paper-towels and some lights didn't work (missing or blown bulbs). The downstairs half-bath also had a peculiar odor like some critter might have gotten in and never left.
Overall though, it worked out well for us. The fireplace was great and the beds were comfy.

owners helpfull. nice place.well located except close to road. with no yard.
second time summited!!. Problems with TV owners helped but set up not easy for renters. I think the TV remote does not work,it defaults and sometimes does nothing what ever you press. button. Upstairs twin bedroom bath tub is very slippery,needs good bath mat. Upstairs master bedroom has upper window that can not be closed. No face cloths and few towels. Owner should advise renters to bring own towels . Sheets in twin bedroom need replacement. Aside from the above the 2 1/2 baths is a plus and two separate bedroom with each having a bath is great. Kitchen works well. Also lot of blankets for winter warmth. Fans were helpful with unusual heat and humidity for eary September. With some improvements we would like to go back. Outdoor pool community buildings locked and not able to get in to use restrooms.

Spacious modern condo
We only stayed at this location for one night. Loved the large washer and dryer on site and the nearby swimming hole. Was disappointed to only find towels for four people when I had indicated that we were reserving for a party of six.

Clean, updated and comfortable!
We were very happy with our stay. The pictures don't do it justice. Very nicely decorated to make sure feel like you are in a home and not just a rental. The furniture was very comfortable as well as the beds. Nice big dining room table and giant island. A really nice surprise was a swimming hole in the river on the back side of the property near the pool. The water was beautiful!! Julie was very responsive with questions. I would highly recommend renting this place.

Very nice, recently renovated with plenty of space.
Only stayed one night but everything was very nice. A few minor things needed to be touched up, like baseboards etc and the master bed needs an update. It was extremely squeaky so we had some issues sleeping because of how noisy it was. Would definitely recommended though! Beautiful property and surrounding area. Thank you!
