“This is a beautiful 18th century mansion where you feel like you’re staying in the museum yet comfortable enough to wanna stay forever. Dan and his wife greet you at the door. They are so nice. They make a breakfast in the morning that is to die for. This place comes highly recommended and I can’t wait to go back.”

“I would not use Expedia again , I got a subpar room, not clean , bed was shoved up against the wall. The staff in the beginning said the room was because I used Expedia . Well I don't know if that is correct but for the $425 I paid a night I won't go back there.”

“South Carolina - very nice room, well maintained and clean with a 3rd floor view of the Main Street. Note that all rooms require steps to 2nd & 3rd floor. Good location, close to everything. Owners need to review definition of “B&B”. We have never stayed at a B&B before that charged extra for breakfast. We arrived at 5pm, left at 10 am; never met any employee or owner. Strange!”

“Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better.”

“It is a great location to tour the town and the battlefields, for sure. The property has reasonable amenities, including a friendly lady who shows you how to use their Waffle machine. My primary issue was that the walls are paper thin and we could hear people on both sides of our room speaking like they were in our room. Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done about that without a major re-fit.”

“This property is a gem for history enthusiasts. It contains a museum of artifacts discovered during renovations and is decorated to match the period it was built in. It is modern and clean however, with modern comforts like new outlets on each side of the bed and at both vanities in the bathroom. The staff were incredible. The owners helped us bring in our luggage and showed us around the house. They told us about the history as well as how to maximize our stay in Gettysburg. They found an...
