This magnificent Norman house of character is ideally located in the Pays de Caux, about 20 minutes from the beaches of Veules-les-Roses and about 30 minutes from Rouen and Dieppe. Its location is ideal for exploring Upper Normandy, from the banks of the Seine to the Côte d'Albâtre!
Our family vacation home has undergone a major renovation to provide the comfort of today’s life while retaining the charms of yesteryear. Particular attention was paid to offer a warm and authentic atmosphere.
Tastefully decorated, this haven of peace and relaxation is surrounded by a wooded plot of one hectare of which approximately 3000m2 are accessible (the rest serving as pasture for cows). Private parking is attached to the house.
This large capacity house can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people. It will allow you to have an area of approximately 200 m2 on two levels which consists of: a large convivial living room dining room / kitchen, a functional kitchen (with pantry), a large living room with wood paneling , a small living room with fireplace, four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (the first with a walk-in shower and a single sink, the second with a bath and a single sink, and the third with a jacuzzi bath and a double sink) and 2 separate toilets.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows: 2 bedrooms upstairs with 1 double bed 140x200, 1 bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds 120x200 and 1 bedroom upstairs with 2 beds 90x190. On the ground floor, 1 living room with 2 convertible sofas of 160x200,
Shops in the immediate vicinity (supermarket at 500 m (closed in August), all shops at 5 km).
Many fun activities are located in a close radius: lake, bowling, lasergame, sailing, tree climbing, horse riding, golf.
