Nuestra propiedad privada está ubicada entre Lineville y Lake Wedowee Alabama.

Los huéspedes seguramente disfrutarán de unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa familiar, totalmente amueblada, de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños. Nuestra casa rural también sería un espacio tranquilo y hogareño para una persona responsable que trabaja temporalmente en el área. El dormitorio principal / principal tiene una cama Queen, mientras que las 1 habitaciones restantes están equipadas con una cama de tamaño completo, cómoda para dormir 4/5 personas.  La sala de estar está amueblada con un nuevo sofá y loveseat y un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 ". Tenemos Hughes Net Internet. La cocina está totalmente amueblada y tiene un comedor con capacidad para 6 personas. Nuestra casa también cuenta con Direct TV, sala de lavandería y una parrilla en la cubierta frontal grande. Hay espacio para que los niños anden en bicicleta en el patio.

Aquí hay una pequeña historia mía ... Mi familia ha sido propietaria de esta propiedad durante muchos años y la compré a mi tío a mediados de los 90. Me ha encantado el ambiente tranquilo que esta zona tiene para ofrecer. He disfrutado muchos años de Bass Fishing en el lago Wedowee y puedo dar tours / consejos si es necesario. Recién casados / reubicados y queremos compartir esta paz y tranquilidad con otros.

Lago Wedowee (R. L. Harris Reservoir) es uno de los lagos más limpios del sureste, y es un gran lugar para pescar, pasear en bote, navegar en kayak, cazar y relajarse. Nuestra casa está a solo 8 millas de la ciudad de Wedowee (East on Hwy 48) y 8 millas de Lineville (West Hwy 48), que ofrece algunos restaurantes, supermercados y gente amable. Roanoke tiene solo 15 millas y tiene Wal-Mart y un nuevo Hospital para abrir en el otoño de 2017. Esta propiedad está aproximadamente a veinte minutos en vehículo del Parque Estatal Cheaha y a 35 minutos de la autopista Superalla de Talladega. ¡También se encuentra a 5 minutos del Santuario de Aves Piedmont, la mina de oro de Alabama y las tiendas Antiquing Trails! We had a wonderful time staying at this property and would so totally stay here again. Linny Bo’s restaurant is located 5 mins from the property and is the best food I had while I was there. Very nice and quite area and is big enough for a friend group or a family

Excellent location for heading to outdoor activities in the area. Home is generously sized for families. Host was easy to contact and has family nearby should anything pop up. Rural setting but with all the basic services nearby.

Checkin was easy and we any questions were very promptly. We had no issues while staying and were very comfortable. It’s not a high traffic area so it was nice and quiet.

We took a trip from North Georgia to do some rabbit hunting and the house had everything we needed. From having the little things that we forgot like cups to having a washer and dryer to use for our hunting clothes. We will definitely be booking it again.

Quiet country setting that we love as a family. We stayed here from Nov 20th - 25th and it was really great. It was centrally located between all our family members which made it so easy to visit with as many as possible. The home was clean and stocked with all essentials. Host was very easy to communicate with. We hope to be able to stay here again.

The property is advertised and priced well. It suited our needs with showers, kitchen, and comfortable beds to sleep in. It is a quick drive to Lake Wedowee and all that little lakeside community has to offer.

The owners were in contact and made the check-in/check-out process easy. As for the home it was very clean and well stocked as listed. The front porch was nice sitting outside and using the propane grill. The bedrooms were nice size with very comfortable beds. My daughter really enjoyed to Huge bath tub in the master bath. The home is located about a 20 minute ride from some larger cities but there is a nice restaurant just 5 minutes away. A few gas stations and dollar generals close as well. We came down for the race and it was nice to come back here and settle down after all the action of the day. I hope to be back next spring.

I booked Mr. Davis house for my fiance and his friend to get a away on a guys trip, some issue arose with the dates I booked and Kenney was more than willing to change the dates so they were still able to go. Thank you so much.. My fiance and his friend had a super awesome time. They did a little site seeing but mainly went gem stone and gold mining!! They brought back alot of cool gems and some gold. They said they are gonna try to make this a yearly guys getaway. Thanks again Kenny for helping being felxible when they couldn make the original dates.

We made some great memories staying in this beautiful house. It was bigger than our actual house with lots of room for my kids to play outside. It was a perfect location for visiting our family and visiting Cheaha State park. Kenny was a wonderful host!

Me and my brother and my cousin rented this property for a fishing trip to Lake Wedowee. It was a very nice and clean place and very comfortable. We had two bass boats and trucks parked and had plenty of room. The owner of the property was very nice to talk to and deal with on renting the property. I highly recommend this property.

The home is spacious and had a surface clean. I enjoyed the stay despite the critter living in the attic/ceiling that can be heard rustling around at nigh. I would stay again, however I highly suggest investing in nice towels, bed linens, and a good set of pots & pans. The towels & washcloths are old and very worn. The bed linens used on our beds had bleach stains and were torn. The bed comforter in the master bedroom also had a yellowish ring on the inside cover.

The home was everything we wanted and needed for our stay. It felt like we were in our own home. It was completely furnished and ready to move in. Very quiet and comfortable. Kenny, the owner/manager was always just a phone call away. We would come back again.

GREAT SPACIOUS HOUSE COULD EASILY SLEEP 8 PEOPLE. HOUSE WAS ,.CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, HAD ONE MINOR PROBLEM WHICH WAS RESOLVED INSTANTLY. WILL TRY TO BOOK AGAIN ON OUR NEXT TRIP TO ALABAMA.

Booked this rental while attending the Talladega Race in October 2018 . Very nice place to stay. Peaceful and lots of privacy. Nice yard, big deck for grilling or just relaxing. The weather was This doublewide is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. There was nothing in this home that I could say I wish they had. The owners were very kind and helpful! Very pleasant experience! Hope to visit again.
