“No contact from the hosts whatsoever with access details. Made countless phone calls to them...no answer! Very annoyed, had to book a hotel at last minute which was extra expense which we didnt need! Warning ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!”

“Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.”

On the day of arrival I had not received check-in information, I messaged to ask for it with no response. I later tried calling the host, no response. I then had to contact VRBO support who did provide access details to the property but by the time we arrived at the property the host had cancelled the booking. My partner and I were then forced to find alternate accommodation...
