“Puedo decir que la primera noche encontramos un cuarto limpio. El hotel en general parece Nuevo o remodelado recientemente. sin embargo fue decepcionante llegar a pasar nuestra segunda noche y encontrar el cuarto sucio. La señora encargada solo extendio el cobertor pero ni siquiera sacudio las sabanas. No se limpio el baño ni los muebles. No se paso la aspiradora y estaba casi tal como lo dejamos. Se supone que uno paga por un servicio de limpieza diario no unicamente del dia que uno...

“Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared...

“We had a great stay at the Stone Haus! Larry, Linda and Maddie were wonderful hosts, the room and bed were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious annd had everything we needed and breakfast was delicious. Hoping to come back soon!”

“Good place for business or leisure”

“We stayed in the cottages, which overlooked the Missouri river and railroad tracks. I enjoyed setting on the deck in the evening watching them. The cottage we stayed in met or exceeded our expectations. We will stay there again. One thing we found out is that most of the restaurants in Herman close on Tuesday and Wednesday so we will not be staying in Hermann on those evenings again. We will come in on Wednesday ( The Tin Mill was open and good on both Tuesday and Wednesday) and leave on...
