“My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb! From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. We had fun up to the wee hours singing with Karoke,. playing pool, etc. The kids in the Family enjoyed the pool. Although we paid extra for extra time a n d were not able maximize the use of the pool, this was on us. The staff were super responsive and helpful.Thank you!”
