  • All refurbished apartment, as well as the whole building, is a top floor (5th) with elevator to the penultimate floor (4th), with plenty of natural light, all day sun, front view of the Castle and side to the Tejo River.
    It has central heating, air conditioning in the living room, cable TV and wifi internet.
    Fully equipped kitchenette.
    Sofa bed in the living room 1.10m * 1.65m
    adaptable sofa in the living room 0,70m * 1,70m
    Bedroom with double bed 1.60m * 2.00m and a supplementary single mattress 0.90m * 2.00m.

Clean, quiet, well-equipped top floor apartment in great location. Just minutes from many of the sights in Lisbon and easy to access public transport for places further out. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores if planning to cook in. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Sergio, our host, was very helpful with instructions how to get to the apartment and how things operate. The apartment was perfect! Very clean, everything we needed to eat and relax. I can’t think of anything that was missing or wrong.

Great place to stay in Lisbon! The apartment was spotless and well equipped. We didnt use the kitchen very much but it seemed to be stocked with a lot of the basics you would need to make simple meals. Cant beat the location! We were able to walk to most attractions within 10-15 minutes at the most!! Would definitely stay here again when I return to Lisbon!

This apartment was perfect for my stay in Lisbon. Clean, in a perfect location, on the top floor of the building with an elevator. Quiet neighbors. Comfortable beds. Thank you for allowing me to stay here, Sérgio! I’d stay here again in a future Lisbon trip.

Everything went very smoothly with check in and Sergio was a great host. The property had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom as well as guides and resources. The closet was huge and there were lots of hangers, which was really nice. The location was excellent being close to restaurants and supermarkets, the weather, not so much. But umbrellas were there to help with that too!

Perfect location

Great host met us to show us the apartment. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Lisbon. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and tour buses close by. Highly recommended. We would stay here again.

Great location, in between two main squares with good access to useful bus routes. There were lots of restaurants nearby too, as well as a small supermarket to the rear of the apartment. The apartment itself was really comfortable and so well stocked with appliances, kitchenware and laundry facilities. There was lots of storage space and seating too. I stayed for a few days only but the apartment would be great for a longer stay too. The host dealt with check-in himself and was really helpful and quick to respond to messages.

The apartment was perfect, like staying with friends. We really like the location quiet yet close to the action. Short walk to the Metro and all the transportation.Trains to Sintra, Belem and Cascais.

Perfect Lisbon Apartment!

This is a quiet, great location in the center of Lisbon! Sergio was an amazing host and was most helpful on my check in after a red eye flight from US. I hope to stay here again on my next trip into Lisbon.

On est dans l'appartement comme à la maison (même le placard d'épicerie contient des produits de base qui permettent de pouvoir cuisiner sans avoir à racheter des choses basiques comme du sel, de l'huile, etc. ce qui est fort appréciable !). Il est extrêmement bien équipé (vaissselle, literie, produits ménagers, produits d'hygiène, trousse de secours, appareils électroménagers, ...). Le bruit du mécanisme de l'ascenseur ne nous a pas dérangés pendant le séjour. Le logement est très bien placé (à 5 min à pied de la Praça do Comércio et 2min de la via Augusta). Tout est très bien pensé dans la location, pour faciliter le séjour des occupants. Si l'occasion se présente, nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

It is located in the center of Lisbon's main tourist attractions, and the host is very friendly. The house is also very clean and has a dishwasher and washing machine.
