I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, my experience was highly negative due to multiple issues that affected both my arrival and overall comfort.
Incorrect Keys Provided
Upon arrival, the keys left in the boxlock were not the correct ones. I had to wait over an hour while trying to contact support and explain that the keys did not match the apartment. As proof, one of the incorrect keys remained unused throughout my stay, while later another key was placed in the boxlock in an attempt to suggest that I had not taken all of them initially. It is evident that these boxes do not have enough space to leave multiple sets unnoticed, meaning all available keys are inevitably retrieved when opened.
Lack of Clear Guidance and Miscommunication
I provided photos of the keys, doors, and entry point, yet your team even questioned whether I was at the correct building. The reference photo you had did not show the floor number, while mine clearly did. It is highly improbable to be at a different building with identical doors and specifications.
Poor Building Conditions and Safety Concerns
The property itself is in very poor condition. The stairs and handrails were loose, giving the impression of an abandoned building. Additionally, the neighboring building was under heavy construction, generating constant noise and dust.
