This recently renovated apartment has been thoughtfully decorated to create a warm and cheerful atmosphere, reflecting Alfama's vibrant energy. Located in a historic building without an elevator, the apartment is just 100 meters from the Museu do Fado. The path between the Museu do Fado and the apartment is flat, ensuring an easier access.

- Living Room: Relax on the comfortable three-seater sofa or enjoy a meal at the table for four. Natural light pours through the French window, enhancing the warm wooden tones and inviting ambiance. Stay entertained with the 50" Smart TV in 4K HDR, offering streaming apps like Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, Prime Video, and YouTube. Air conditioning ensures comfort no matter the season.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included), and washing and dishwasher machines - everything you need to feel at home.

- Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and built-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms is interior (windowless), offering a quiet space for a restful night’s sleep.

Useful Information for Your Stay

- The nearest car access is 80 meters away, at Travessa do Terreiro do Trigo, as Alfama’s streets are pedestrian-only.

- During local festivities, expect a very lively atmosphere, with streets packed with people celebrating and embracing tradition in a vibrant and unforgettable way.

- The apartment is equipped with a water heater for heating sanitary water. To ensure there is enough hot water for all members of the group, we recommend moderating the duration of showers. If the hot water runs out, you will need to wait some time for the equipment to heat the tank again.

- The bathroom is interior, so we recommend keeping the door open whenever possible and ventilating the apartment frequently during your stay to minimize humidity buildup from showers and any resulting odors.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Tram: The famous Tram 28 passes through Alfama, offering a scenic route through the narrow streets of the neighborhood. This tram is a popular choice for tourists as it provides a charming journey past many of Lisbon's historic landmarks.

Metro: The closest metro station is Santa Apolónia, which is served by the blue line (Linha Azul). From Santa Apolónia, you can easily access other parts of Lisbon and beyond, including the airport and major train stations.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utilities bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
