We needed to work from the apartment and theiternet was disconnected.we call the host, he never answered, then he just communicated via text promising to fix the problem, never was fixed, he blamed the internet company, but looks like they never paid the bill. It is shame what he did to us, it was one excuse after the other, we saved the chat. So unprofessional. It was not worth it. I will never come back to this place, I have to come back a ffew times this year but I will never booked with this people or recommend at all. We left the place so early to have our zoom meeting at the airport because the internet. He has to change the carpet we all tripped so may times, I almost broke my toe. We left the place nice and clean, no even with trash so we can have our deposit back.
