El apartamento está situado entre el encanto Carmo, Trinidad y Chiado.
Renovado en mayo de 2015 en el centro de la ciudad 4.2. (Ropa de cama y toallas) 2 cuartos de baño modernos, una cómoda habitación con un buen sofá
cama, capacidad para 6 personas, con TV y acceso a Wi-Fi.
El apartamento cuenta con calefacción, cocina con todos los electrodomésticos y
equipo necesario. Una terraza muy agradable en adoquines,
ideal para una orden de bebidas por la tarde y bien iluminado por la noche.
El apartamento está en una calle tranquila, puede recorrer el camino a través de la parte histórica
con excelentes terrazas, muchos restaurantes cerca del Bairro Alto, con restaurantes típicos con el fado.
Ya que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad cuenta con lugares de interés y vistas impresionantes, así como el acceso a todo tipo de transporte, tranvías, autobuses,
metro y estando a 5 minutos del tren de Rossio a Sintra tiene, y muy cerca del muelle de la estación de Sodre, con trenes a Cascais, Estoril. (Con excelentes playas).

El apartamento es muy cómodo y está en una situación privilegiada, que permite visitar todo el centro de Lisboa a pie. Cuenta con servicios muy interesantes como aire acondicionado, lavavajillas, etc. Además, tiene todo tipo de detalles que hacen más fácil la estancia: café, azúcar, pastillas lavavajillas,... Hemos estado una familia de 5 durante una semana y ha sido una experiencia 10. Los propietarios súper amables. Gracias por todo, Lisboa!!

Comfortable apartment in quiet neighborhood

We loved the location as it was between two different neighborhoods -- you could stay up top and explore there, or travel the many steps to below where there was even more to see and do. Keep that in mind if you don't like walking, because you will do a lot of steps in Lisbon! It was very quiet at night, and no problem sleeping. Everything was comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Climbing the Carmo

We had a wonderful stay here in the Largo do Carmo area. Miguel was always quick to answer any questions we had. And there was a lovely bottle of port waiting to welcome us. Thank you! We were two couples and never felt crowded. Make note, though, there are many, many hills and stairs so if you have trouble with that, this might not work for you. We also had a few problems with the hot water when showering...took a few cold ones! But we loved the little outdoor area. Very cute. Also, it is in a very central area, close to the Rossio station, and the baixa, and Chiado area. I would recommend this VRBO.

Ciado Apartment

The apartment is exactly as pictured with one good size bathroom and the other bathroom about the size of a half bath with a shower. The smaller bathroom is perfect for one person with no toiletries. The location is perfect for meet up points for daily tour groups. The castle is about a 15 minute walk and Google maps worked perfectly for getting us there on our first day (not knowing anything about our surroundings). There are tons of restaurants around the apartment and a small convenience store right across from the apartment. Belem is about a 20 minute taxi ride and about an hour walk. The 15E tram is about a 20 ride and you can catch it at Praca Figueroa - which is the smaller square just on the other side of Rossio Square. In other words - this apartment is comfortable and perfectly situated for getting around Lisbon.

Great Apartment

Absolutely great apartment, you will have to climb a few hills but once there , there are many great restaurants and little squares just out the door. Great Fado on the next street. Loved that there is two BR,s ; kitchen is very well appointed, lovely little private outdoor space and super clean. Owners father met us and was very patient as we arrived late. He was so kind and left a lovely carafe of Port. We will be back next time in Lisboa.

Clean and cheerful apartment, excellent location

We (a family of four) had a wonderful stay in Lisbon - this apartment was in a very convenient location, and was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Excellent communication with the owner. We hope to come back for a longer stay!

Super Lage, tolles Apartment

Das sehr saubere Apartment liegt zwischen den Metrostationen Restauratores und Baixa- Chiado. Ein Schlafzimmer ist groß, das andere innenliegend, klein und ohne Fenster. Das könnte störend sein. Die Küche bietet wirklich alles was man braucht. Die beider Bäder mit WC sind beheizbar. Die kleine Terrasse haben wir nicht gebraucht, ist bei wärmeren Temperaturen sicher angenehm. Das Wohnzimmer ist nicht riesig, aber man ist ja auf einem Städtetrip und dafür reicht es locker. W-lan funktioniert perfekt. Die Lage des Apartments ist fast unschlagbar. Rundherum gibt es Restaurants, Cafés, kleine Minimarkets. Zu Fuß ist man in 5‘ am Praça de Dom Pedro IV (Treppen bergab) und in 15‘ am Tejo (bergab). Zurück darf man etwas bergauf laufen - was in Lissabon aber ja irgendwie die Regel ist 😀. Was auch geht ist die Tram 24e von Pc. Luis de Camões (Chiado). Für uns hat es perfekt gepasst.

Slechte communicatie

Het appartement voldeed aan de verwachtingen, de ontvangst daarentegen allerminst. Er werd totaal onvoorzien verblijfstaks aangerekend, terwijl ik veronderstelde reeds "Staytax" aan HomeAway betaald te hebben. De eigenaar stuurde nog vlug, terwijl we reeds in de woning aanwezig waren, een mailtje waarin hij ons meedeelde dat er bij aankomst (cash) verblijftaks te betalen was. Die bedroeg het dubbele van wat in de offerte vermeld was. Wij ontvingen ook geen betalingsbewijs voor deze som. De discussie met de eigenaar had vermeden kunnen worden door correcte informatie. Op een formulier dat in het huisje aanwezig was stond bovendien nog steeds het verkeerde bedrag voor verblijftaks vermeld. Dit leidde tot nog grotere verwarring. Wanneer de eigenaar sneller en accurater had gereageerd op mails zou ook al veel ergernis vermeden kunnen worden. Geen prettig begin van de vakantie.

Nice but a bit small

Lisbon is a beautiful city but as far as this place goes it's a bit too small for 4 adults.. One bedroom is too small, with very little space for 2 adult luggages and then there's a very small bathroom which makes it very difficult to maneuver to dry up and also to get dressed... During our stay we had hot water issues after the first shower.... We communicate with the owner/ manager only for her to make us think that we don't know what we are doing or talking about. We both own multiple homes at our respective hometowns and we know what we are talking about when we say that the hot water issues. Along with that was the towel and toilet racks which also keeps falling off there locations... Don't get me wrong the place works but it has issues. Thanks Frank

Small for two couples and cash payment required

The property was in a good location and clean but too small for four adults and the living room was a coach and not a bed. Perhaps it would work for a family with two small children. No soap or shampoo was provided. Kitchen was adequate but the table made it difficult to navigate for more than one person.The owner requires a bank wired deposit and cash for on arrival for the rest of the cost.

Tres bon séjour

Appartement conforme aux photos mais un peu plus petit qu’il ne paraissait , 2e chambre assez petite, penderies pratiques ds les chambres. Bien situé, proche des restos, bars mais en hauteur donc bcp de marches a monter ou decendre ! Accueil chaleureux, une bouteille de porto offerte !

Perfect Spot in Lisbon

This was a great location for visiting Lisbon the first time. It was convenient to restaurants, and all the sights in 'old town'. The apartment was furnished well, and very comfortable. Maria met us upon arrival, even allowing us access early in the day, and gave us recommendations as to restaurants, etc. She also, as mentioned in other reviews, had a carafe of Port waiting for us! There's a small market across the street, the owner was also very friendly and helpful. As an aside, we had two fantastic meals at nearby restaurants -- Oficina and Restaurante Faca & Garfo. Anyone staying here will have a great experience!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnng sehr genossen. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist einmalig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und unzählige Restaurants , Fado-Lokale und kleine nette Bars sind fussläufig zu erreichen . Trotzdem war die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage in einer Nebenstraße sehr ruhig. Allerdings erscheint uns die angegebene Größe der Wohnung nicht ganz zutreffend. In Küche und Wohnzimmer ist bei Belegung mit 4 Personen der Platz so eben ausreichend, eine Belegung mit 6 Personen dürfte sehr eng werden. Ansonsten würden wir die Wohnung bei einem weiteren Besuch in Lissabon wieder buchen.

Maravilhosa

Passamos dias encantadores no apartamento do Miguel. Tudo muito limpo e bem arrumado. A cozinha bem-equipada, banheiros ótimos e excelente localização. Único detalhe é a porta de entrada no prédio. Várias vezes ficamos sem poder entrar porque a chave não funciona normalmente. É preciso um jeito especial que não sabemos qual é. Por sorte, o pessoal do mini mercado, em frente ao prédio, veio nos socorrer e abriu a porta para nós. Segundo eles, o problema sempre acontece com os hóspedes. Então não entendo... Se sempre acontece, por que ainda não consertaram? e nem nos avisaram. isso foi bem desgastante. pois uma vez era noite e em outra estava chovendo. De resto, tudo ótimo!

Lovely apartment in a great area of Lisbon

I booked this apartment for 5 nights: as soon as Maria showed us the house I noticed that everything was exactly as shown in pictures. The owner was very kind to us, also. The area is perfect: very close to both Baixa-Chiado and Rossio station and to one of the main streets in Bairro. I warmly recommend booking this apartment for a holiday in lisbon!
