On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you.

Once an industrial district by the Tagus River, Alcântara has gradually evolved into an area known for its independent cafés, modern restaurants, galleries and cultural spaces, while still maintaining a strong local atmosphere.

Just a short walk away you’ll find LX Factory, one of Lisbon’s most popular creative hubs, filled with bookstores, design shops, restaurants and cultural events. The riverside area of Alcântara is also nearby, perfect for relaxed walks along the Tagus, especially at sunset.

Thanks to its strategic location, it’s easy to reach both Lisbon’s historic center and the monumental district of Belém, known for its museums, gardens and iconic landmarks along the river.

Public transport is available right in front of the building, with several bus and tram lines connecting you quickly to different parts of Lisbon.

• LX Factory – about 3 minutes on foot
• Belém – around 10 minutes by tram, bus, or car
• Lisbon Historic Center (Baixa / Chiado) – about 15–20 minutes by public transport
• Alcântara Train Station – around 10 minutes on foot, with trains along the riverside and towards Cascais
• Costa da Caparica beaches – about 25 minutes by car

Ride-hailing services and taxis are widely available throughout the area, and parking can usually be found on nearby streets (subject to availability).

Thanks to its location between the historic center and Belém, Alcântara is a convenient base for discovering different sides of Lisbon.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
